Your guys were professional and very nice.
I know that my carpet will always be clean. I definitely like the fact that you do not use chemicals. I have never been unhappy with the results. Ay was very pleasant and friendly.

Some spots on rug took about a day to dry. Office personnel did not listen to my request to have people come after 1 as I had a class-I kept getting calls trying to move it up which was annoying. I had been impressed last year with your service-not so much this year.

Bill (the Technician) was very proficient and knowledgeable, fully explained the process and the chemicals used, was very thorough, and fully raked the finished carpet surfaces. When finished , all of the carpeted areas looked as NEW and smelled great. Great Job !
