The cleaning product seem to work well. Tech was a great saleman.
I did call in on a promotion given on radio station 94.9 but additional promo item was not ever provided which was a gift card. I am alittle disappointed that I did not receive that since I spent more than the promo for $99 for the cleaning.
I like that the house doesn't smell and the floors look as good as they can get them. The technicians w ere very nice, friendly and knowledgable.
Job completely hastily, overpriced for what they did. Did not clean entire area, not broom corners adequately
The way it cleans the carpet leaves it so clean and looking good!
good employees and good service.
Excellent service, knowledgeable representatives and carpet continues to look fantastic!
Results were astounding. Your employee was very professional and courteous. I love that it is all water based.
Do a good job at a reasonable rate.
My carpets looked great - they were pretty stained and came out much better than I expected. The technician was helpful and informative without being overly pushy.

'Bob McKee'; Amy Clark; Nery Rodriguez; Jeff Evans RE: First Texas Homes Zerorez Job Outline 12:52 PM 11 KB Bob, I sent an email to customer care regarding the mess and damage left on the wood floors as well as the rug at entry that was not to be cleaned. I need to get someone out here, today, to look at the situation and figure out what you need to do to correct it. This is a copy of email i sent today at 1. i still have not heard anything.
I have made an appointment with you for a follow-up on my tile cleaning and sealing.
The tile grout is very bad---has a chalky residue in many places. I'm hoping it can be cleaned up.
We are very satisfied with the work done and will use
Zerorez again in the future.
End results. Drying time. No chemicals are used. Our tech, Juan, was knowledgeable, professional and thorough. I would recommend my friends to request Juan.
the carpet cleaning was good, but I also gave you my antique Russian rug to clean. When I asked Jake who cleaned your rugs he said he didn't know exactly, but that it was an Asian woman who did excellent work, and it was NOT Oriental Rug cleaning on Ross. When I got the rug back two days ago, a lot of the color in the rug was gone-which makes me rather upset, and I noticed that the cleaning was done by Oriental Rug Cleaning
That happens to be the company I already use. I don't know if there was an upcharge on the rug because ZEROREZ took care of it, but if there is- I would like it refunded. Also, as I mentioned, much of the color in the rug is gone and I would like to know how I can be compensated, as it is now damaged. in addition there is a black spot on the rug which I thought would be gone and it is still there. I phoned BRAD atPhone number removed0589 2 days ago and left a message, never heard back and just phoned again- and his message box is full. I am not a happy customer. I look forward to hearing from you in the very near future. Name removed
The technician was the best I have ever seen.
All business and very professional.
Worked hard on my carpet and gave me an exceptional result.
I am going to move to my new home and was busy with my schedule. On your radio ads, $89.99 for two rooms plus the third room for free. I have a small condo which has only two rooms plus a family area with tile. Zeororez service guy could not accommodate my request to substitute the cleaning the third room with my family area when he came to my home to do the job. Instead, it charged me $322.00 for cleaning the family room with tile on it. Since I do not have a third room, Zerotez at least should offer me some credit towards my family room cleaning.I end up paid total $584.80 for total cleaning service(including two baths), should I deserve some credit or discount for total service? How can I refer your business to a friend or business associate with a case like that? By the way, the quality of cleaning is acceptable and I have no problem with that.
Have a great day!

My carpet stays cleaner longer without the soapy residue of other companies.
I also like the way the protectorant is raked in the carpet, not just sprayed on the top.
Stain still in carpet
no residue left in carpet
Technicians were very friendly, knowledgable, and worked with me on price by allowing me a free closet. Please continue to do that for customers. Price was also very fair and cleaning done was very good.
Only complaint would be the extra $15 for larger rooms.
1) Charged more than quoted
2) Work not complete on the timeline given (3 days later, STILL NOT COMPLETE)
3) Changed appointment times/cancelled appointment after the tech was suppose to show up
4) Paid for Pet Odor Removal and it didn't work...the room still smells like urine.
5) Lack of customer service, noone will help me with getting refunds or assistance.
I could go on and on and on....
I like the fact that they are "green" products and seem to be a natural way to clean the carpets.
I appreciate the level of customer service you strive to deliver.
Carpet cleaning without residue is important to me.
Technicians doing a good job without obnoxious "up-selling" earn my repeat business and my respect. Please allow them to continue this professional approach.
To Whom It May Concern:
My first experience with Zerorez was a year ago after hearing about the company on the Jody Dean radio show. I manage four properties, and I had just had a renter move out and the carpet was a disaster. I was considering having the carpet replaced but then I thought I’d put Zerorez to the test and see if they were as good as Jody Dean had said. I was very impressed with the gentleman who performed the work and the results were outstanding. He pretreated the carpet for spot removal, and ran a brush machine over the carpet that did a remarkable job of removing many of the stains that I thought were forever set it. He then cleaned the carpet. When he finished, if I hadn’t known better, I would have sworn it was new carpet. Ever since that experience, I have been singing your praise to all my family and friends and co-workers.
My last experience however was a different story. As soon as one of my renters moved out, my first call was to Zerorez. We were quoted a $99.00 four room special, plus $33.00 for an additional room, plus a $10.00 fuel charge. The total charges added up to $142.00 which I thought was a very reasonable cost.
When the technician arrived, he said that he could smell a pet urine odor which neither myself nor my wife had noticed. My wife and I currently own both a cat and a dog in our own home so, believe me, we know what pet urine smells like. The technician stated that if we didn’t have the carpet treated with a neutralizer, the chemicals he used to clean the carpet would react with the urine and promote bacteria growth resulting in unhealthy living conditions and eventually requiring us to replace the carpet. One of the reasons I used Zerorez is because of the commercials stating that you do not use chemicals that would harm the kids, the pets or the environment. I didn’t want to use the neutralizer, but felt that I had no other choice. I also asked if he would clean the stairs while he was there so I was expecting to pay a little more. The final bill came to almost $269.00 which is quite a bit more that the $142.00 I was quoted.
This technician didn’t use the spot removing machine like the first technician had used, and the end result was nowhere near what I was expecting. This carpet was on the second floor where there was far less traffic and far less wear and tare. The house was totally empty so there was no furniture to move. The carpet does look like it was cleaned, but the majority of the stains are still there. I think I could have saved some money by renting a unit from Home Depot and doing it myself. I may need to have the carpet re-cleaned, but I’m hesitant to call Zerorez again.
The technician evidently dropped his ledger out by the road while he was at the house, and I found it when I was taking out some trash. The book looked new so I didn’t think that it had fallen out of the trash and there was no name on it. I read through it to see if I could determine who the book belonged to. It had houses listed on several pages and eventually I got to the page that had my house listed on it. That’s when I determined that it must have belonged to the technician. One thing that I had noticed was that the majority on the houses listed had the word “urine” written on the page. I couldn’t help but thinking that the technician had discovered a way to make an extra quick $80.00 bucks. Also, I had paid an extra $60.00 dollars to have the stairs cleaned, and all he did was clean the tops of the steps. When I confronted him with that issue, he did get what he called the upholstery tool and made an attempt to clean the front of the steps.
Overall, I can’t say that I would be so quick to recommend Zerorez for any future cleaning needs. I would have to follow-up any statement with a caveat stating that it just depends on the technician that shows up at the house.
Sorry for the not so rave review, but I thought you deserved the truth.
Sincerely,

The carpets look new when finished, and the techicians are very clean and knowlegable.
We were very pleased at how clean our carpets felt and looked after being treated by Zerorez.
I was totally blown away at the results. I had one room that had never been clean and it was my husbands' office. It was just like brand new when Justin and Alex was through cleaning it. I appreciate how they went through the process with me and explained how it all works. Mostly I was happy that no chemicals were used in the process. The techs were very courteous and knowledgeable. I will be using Zerorez again in a couple of weeks for my living room and master bedroom. Then again later on to clean my sofa and love seat. I learned of Zerorez on WBAP radio and so glad I did. Thank you!!
Nicely clean carpets and the spots haven't shown back up
Our carpet is not clean. The tech did not perform the "challenge" prior to providing the service either, therefore not offering us the opportunity to decline the service and charges, and allow us the opportunity to find a service provider that could clean our carpets. Since the "empowered water" product has clearly failed to clean our carpet we would prefer to get a refund so that we may hire someone else with a solution that can. I truly feel as though I could have done a better job myself by renting a rug doctor. Finally, there was no mention during our appointment scheduling phone call or prior to the service that there would be a (hidden) fuel charge of $10. This makes your organization appear shady and dishonest. Your employees, both on the phone and in person, come across as completely disinterested in their jobs, providing good service, or anything regarding the needs of the customer. To sum this comment up, none of my expectations or needs were met by the Zerorez organization.

very professional, easy appointment, i didn't have to do a lot of work!
