Justin was wonderful, polite and helpful. He went above and beyond to get a stain out of my new carpet. I will definitely use Zerorez again.
There doesn't appear to be any residue remaining on the carpet. There isn't an odor during or after the process. Quick cleaning process and short drying time.

I love your products. We have a carpet that is 11 years old and it always looks brand new when he is done. The service is wonderful, always on time, professional employees and the cost is very reasonable. I have recommended your products to anyone I talk to getting their carpet cleaned.
I was not happy with the first visit because of the high price for the "pet stain" treatment and the carpet was still dirty. The second visit corrected the problem of remaining stains. The reason I would not recommend your service is because the service is no better than other cheaper services. I might recommend you if you came back and cleaned the whole house.
Carpets look nice and clean. Only negative was that it took 48 hours to dry.

The technician was just wonderful. Very professional and had an eye for detail. I love the fact that I didn't just put a bunch of residual chemicals on my furniture. The technician worked very hard to clean the sofa and chairs well, and to get the animal hair out and it looked like NEW furniture when he finished! I was very impressed with this visit, and so happy it has zero residuals left behind :) HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Extra cleaning price for stans and oders was a little high.
reliable and friendly service. I do still have one grayish circle that is noticable in my den but is still better than the stain that was previouly there. I like the fact they were professional and courteous not only to me but to my family as well
Your techs are always very knowledgable & courteous. They offer treatments that they see might be beneficial but do not push it. They also work very hard at their jobs & tell me how happy they are working for your company. I have used your services for more than 10 years & will not consider anyone else to do the cleaning of my carpets. I watch Undercover Boss & would suggest that your CEO/Owner of your company go out to work with your techs undercover to see how hard their jobs are. I liked my carpet being clean AND sanitized! Our service technician was great! He worked with me until I was satisfied. He was professional and courteous. Because he went 'above and beyond' we will use your company again and we will recommend Zerorez to our friends!

First of all, Cody was so friendly and worked so hard to get my carpets clean. He took personal interest in the work he did for us. And second, I like the process Zerorez uses with no chemicals and no residue. My carpets look great and you can count on my call next time I need my carpets cleaned. By the way, my son-in-law, Bryan Hull in Carrollton had his carpets cleaned about a month ago and told me about the great job that he got. I liked the fact that they were very friendly and very professional. The fact that there was no chemicals or detergents used. Our carpet was sanitized and is very clean and was brought back to looking like new again.
The carpet is clean and looks like new.
