I heard the ad on the radio on the way to work--wow, three rooms for 89.00 and a Fullers gift certificate, I called and made an appt. there was no mention of the room dimensions, but the lady said she only knew about the 99.00 special. So I booked it. The young man came and was very nice and did a good job I'm sure. However, I live in just an1800 sq foot house, so you can imagine my rooms are not very big, so I didn't think the little connecting hallways would be extra. In the bedroom without the furniture moved, there was hardly any carpet to clean. Anyway, I was just disappointed the total bill was $182.00.
Good job of cleaning with no leftover sticky residue. Techs are clean, well mannered, efficient, well trained and knowledgeable. Always a good experience.
From the time I called for the appointment, I knew we had chosen the right company. I received a follow-up e-mail and even had to change the date, but it all worked out. The men who did the work were neat and trustworthy and did a great job. Afterwards they showed us the "finished product" and explained what they had done. We were well pleased. The only drawback was the cost. It was on the expensive side, but we did get an outstanding job. Thank you
