I think the mark-up on products is quite high, but am willing to pay the price in exchange for the level of trust, responsibility, and punctuality I have found in dealing with you...most of the time. My one complaint is that I have yet to receive the Fuller's Jewelry certificates as advertised. Not a deal breaker, but it does break the cardinal rule of customer service - don't promise what you can't deliver.
The service person was very good and the carpets were well cleaned, but it's a bit pricey.
The technician,Jared Nelson, was very courteous and respectful to my wife. He did a wonderful job and we are very pleased with the results. We will also be requesting for
the more though cleaning either later this year or next. I am going to call Jody Dean and

The results!!! Clean carpet without the residue! Also clean sir ducts! The technoligy is first class , and the professional, courteous staff were a delight to have in our home! I was first told that I had mold under my carpet. Then I was told it was not mold but was a fungus and I had to spend 159.00 to get it treated and they would relay and stretch my carpet when they came back in three days. Well the corner where the carpet was pulled up is not down under the baseboard and there continues to be a chemical smell in the room even after 2 days.

The carpet doesn't look clean. It is hard to tell when wet, but after it dried which took about 3 hours the carpet does not look any different, especially in high traffic areas like in front of the couch.
