My quote over the phone was extremely inappropriate! Once our technician arrive the price tripled!!
Our technician, Alex did an excellent job cleaning our
carpet, however, the price quoted was not for what I described
to the phone operater. This caused much anxiety because
I was very detailed in my description of what I needed to have done.
It would be better to give an honest quote over the phone
instead of trying to upsell at the customer's home after
we had been waiting for over three hours for our tech to arrive.
Performance. Wow! And the Tech was very knowledgeable and professional.
First, I didn't receive a call prior to the technicians arrival as promised and we weren't prepared. Second we didn't receive our $100 gift certificate. Last and most important the technician tells me that the cleaning process has stripped the scotch guard off the carpet that was applied at the factory. But he can reapply it for a fee. He tells me its necessary to protect the carpet fibers from unraveling and stains from setting in. Seems to me this is something that should be mentioned to the customer BEFORE you come out and strip off the protection since you do charge to reapply. Sounds like a cheap gimmick to squeeze a few more dollars out of the customer and for that I'm very unhappy with the service. I will not use Zerorez in the future nor will I recommend friends or family.

Alex is a great technician. He looked and was very professional and did an excellent job in our home. He is a great asset to your company. Not something you see as much anymore. His uniform was clean and neat and carried himself in a very professional way. He had great knowledge of his work and it was a pleasure to have him provide our service. I would highly recommend him and your company.
Some of the carpet was wet for well over 24 hours. The carpet appears to be clean.

This time more steam was used and the carpet took over 8 hours to dry. In the past the carper would dry a lot quicker. The carpet looks like new when you are done.

Very friendly service but I'm not completely satisfied with the service I received. The carpets were cleaned yesterday and today the house stinks of cat urine. I paid a substantial amount of money for an upgrade for pet odor removal and I'm disappointed that the house smells like this. Can you please let me know how we resolve this.

Send him back I forgot to give him a tip !! Juan was excellant. He was a perfect example of what a an employer could ever ask for giving what service you provide. Juan acted in a highly professional manor, with such a high level of courtesy and detail that every employer or client could wish for, being in contact with the general public as your company is. He treated our house and property with respect and gave special attention to our wishes and expectations.
Sorry you may loose him to my company... Not really .. But Juan the offers open.
