best cleaning i've seen,
The two cleaners came to my house as scheduled. They were courteous to ask of my carpet needs, etc. Things changed a bit when I was quoted three different prices for the job at hand. On the phone, I was quoted $99.00 for three bedrooms + fuel charge. When the cleaners were here, one of them mentioned that he might be able to give me a lower price at $60.00 since the bedrooms of my apartment were smaller than rooms of a home, for example. I told him great! He then asked if I would like the year treatment on my carpets, which was an extra charge. I said yes, being that he was going to give me a discounted rate. When the cleaning was completed, he then rang me up for the first quote of $99.00 + the additional cleaning cost for the year treatment. All in all, I was charged a $189.00. Personally, this is horrible business etiquette. I am self- employed and own my own business. I know that if I were to quote my clients different prices within 24 hours, I would loose business. Then to top it all off, 30 minutes AFTER they left, I received a phone call from the cleaners. They asked if I would be home, so they could come and pick up their cell phone that they left on my bathroom counter. They asked me to wait 30 minutes at my apartment for them to finish another job. I found their phone not only sitting on my counter, but charged into my wall with MY cell phone charger. To sum up: Not only did I have to pay more than quoted, but I was asked to stay at my home for them to retrieve their belongings, which they were using with my property. I cannot describe how disappointed I am with the service and this company.

The protectors for under the furniture legs were forgotten which resulted in rust spots
the cleaning of the concrete tile floor was great except that the areas like under cupboard doors where the scrubber didn't reach are still dirty--I now have a 2 toned floor. This represents a very small portion of the tiled area and should have been hand scrubbed.
They were here on time and the young man was very informative. I asked about your filters since my husband has allergies. He explained it to me in detail. I ordered one and am awaiting its delivery. The floors are so nice and soft and everything smells so fresh.

I was especially impressed with the fact that old blood stains that I had tried to clean my self only to make things worse, Zerorez was able to get it all out! I will certainly use your services again and recommend to others as well.

The technician was very friendly and professional. He did a very thorough job cleaning each room even though it was late in the evening. I love how the carpet feels now that it has been cleaned by zerorez, even the high traffic areas look and feel new.

Carpets don't look very clean and paid a LOT of extra money for pet wash. Very expensive. I do not think I will use the service again.
Making appointments are difficult unlike other carpet cleaning companies. You are first given a six hour time frame saying you will given a 2 hr time frame 24 hrs before your appointed date. I got a phone call saying my time would be between 2:30pm-4:30pm and to press #1 to confirm. I did. Later the day I got another appointed time between 4:30pm-6:30pm. When I called to see why the difference I was told I didn't confirm the 2:30pm time and was offered no apology when I explained that I had. I later called to make sure the technician was coming at the new appointed time. The girl answering the phone wasn't sure and said she would call back to let me know. No one ever called back. I was supposed to get a 30 mins call prior to the technician arriving. I didn't. The carpet cleaner asked too many questions; like, how often do I vacuum, how old is my vacuum cleaner, have I used zerorez before and how many times. He even asked to see my vacuum cleaner. The questions wouldn't have been too bad if he hadn't made me feel as if I was lying when I unwillingly answered. I asked him to move a recliner and clean underneath. Said he couldn't cause the metal would rust. I lifted up the chair to show there was no metal on the legs, in fact they were plastic. He said he didn't want to get the wooden part of the legs wet. Even though your other technicians have complied with my request I didn't want to argue with this one, so I let it go. The technician was so intent on getting the carpets clean that he soaked my carpets to the point that it literally took two days to dry. Over achiever I guess.
My carpets look, feel and smell great after cleaning. Charles came today, and he did an excellent job!

I like the empowered water concept. The technicians that came to do the job were very good. One was in a kind of training process and the main guy who's name I can't remember was very helpful. I hope that you can get his name from our invoice sheet. He was explaining every thing that he was doing. He would ask me if I wanted to come and see what was happening to the stains and again explain the process to me. It was a very pleasant experience for having to have your carpet cleaned. I did not feel as if I was getting a rush job or poor quality service. Very pleased.
