First time user of Zerorez and very happy so far. Seems to be a good thorough cleaning.

Keith was very friendly and paid extra attention to troubled areas ensuring every effort was made to remove dirt.
Then he checked with me to make sure it met my satisfaction.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The carpet in the high traffic areas look like they did before the cleaning. And I had to go behind the cleaning & get some spots out of the carpet with carpet cleaner. They came up easily with the cleaner. I have been using another company for several years & have been pleased with them. I tried Zerorez because the idea of green technology was appealing but the process is just not effective or was not in my case. Your technician was very pleasant & professional & I don't think it was anything he did or didn't do. I am not sure anything can be done. If Zerorez could have cleaned the carpet it would have been done the first time. I will be calling the company I have always used to come in & take care of it.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

First, when I called to make the appointment I specifically asked if you do carpet repair because I needed loose carpet to be tightened up, and pointed out that I wanted it done at the same time. In fact, that was the main thing we needed to have done, more so than cleaning. We moved heavy furniture out of that room so it could be done. However, when the technician arrived he knew nothing about it, didn't have the tools, He gave an estimate, but had no idea when anyone would be able to come back and do it. Secondly, although I was originally given an 8-10 am time frame, I got a robo-call appointment reminder that said they would be here between 8-8:30. By 9:20 when they had not arrived, I called and was told that we were the first appointment and that the technician had left Dallas at 8:30 (we live in Arlington)- so how in the world were they supposed to be here between 8-8:30 if they don't even leave a city at least 30 minutes away until 8:30? They finally arrived at about 9:30. Given that my husband and I were coordinating time off of work, this was very, very irritating. Third, supposedly your system supposed to be less saturating than traditional water extraction methods, yet when I arrived home at 6:00 pm, the floors were still very wet.

What I like is the young man that worked so hard on my carpet.He was excellent! The carpet looks great too. The last man that you guys sent out was terrible. This guy more than made up for it. What a hard worker!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I spilled red wine on carpet. Carpet area is off white. Sent to gentlemen who knew nothing about how to clean up red wine. They broke our outsite faucet. I asked the gentlemen have you cleaned out red wine before...they said yes. After they started to work on the area...got a bad feeling they had no experience. I told them to leave. I would have cleaned carpet myself, but I didnt have time. People were coming to refinish kitchen cabinets and had to remove all the items in cabinets. I tried cleaning area they hadn't touched and it came out...area they touched couldn't get wine out. Had another carpet company come out and he recommended Dalworth. I called them and it came out. Your guy kept saying you have special solution mixed w/water... I used your company about a year ago and had carpet cleaned. I EXPLAINED TO YOUR CALL CENTER NEEDED SOMEONE WHO WAS FAMILIAR W/REMOVAL OF RED WINE. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY TO ANYONE.

Joshua and Regan were more than accomodating, did a wonderful job and were able to take care of all of my needs for a reasonable price. They are awesome, and my carpets are clean!!!

Too many "hidden" costs; pet treatment, stain removal, protectant were all separate charges and overpriced. Also, a fuel charge shouldn't be a line item; if you serve the metroplex you serve the metroplex an additional fuel charge isn't acceptable.

The technicians, service and results were top notch. Our carpet looks and smells great. Paul (lead technician) was very courteous, knowledgeable and explained in detail each step of the procedure.

The only complaint I have is with the scheduling window at the corporate level. I explicitly stated I had to be out of the house by 1:00 PM. When I could not be scheduled as the first job of the day, they reassured me the team would arrive at 11:00 AM since the first job of the day was fairly small. The team did not arrive until 1:30 PM due to the first job running over and forced us to alter our entire family's schedule for the day.

Paul was very apologetic in his 30 minute call ahead and when he arrived. I see this more of an issue with the scheduling group.

Pricing was outragions. VERY HIGH.
I was also promised coupons for a local restaurant. I have not seen anything.
