great clean!
We had a carpet cleaning and a pet odor removal application done, but it did not work. It still stinks in one bedroom. We need that one bedroom re-done please.
Have mopped and steam cleaned tile floors no less than 4 times and cannot get film off. It looks like something spilled in large areas all over the tiles. Grout and carpet are clean but residue on tile is horrible!

Carpets and upholstery always smell clean and fresh and dry without feeling stiff after cleaning. Technicians are always couteos and knowledgeable.
Luke did a great Job and was at my home during the time frame promised.
Smell is still in the carpet and it was VERY WET when they were finished.
After the carpets were cleaned yesterday (the re-do), my carpet looks like I'd expected it to--fluffy and clean!

I like the way that my carpet looks and feels after they clean the carpet. Your company does a very good job restoring the freshness and look of our carpet.
My only complaint this time is that the technicians shoes left wet messy prints all over my wood floors. This did not happen the last time they came and cleaned the carpet. This should be corrected but overall I was more than pleased with the carpet.
