We were pleased with the technician, his knowledge, and his willingness to share the process so that we would understand what he was doing. Jeremy was very friendly and concerned that we be pleased with what he was doing. We have already told our frineds about the job well-done and will not hesitate to call your company again.

The effort and professionalism by technician Randy Jones made all the difference this time, because we saw portions of the cleaning process that were not performed on our previous service, and this time the carpet actually looks, feels, and smells new. Mr. Jones did more work than the two techs who came last time. Please thank him for us accordingly.
We called because of the $89 three room special advertised on 94.9 the Christian radio station. I was told when the technician arrived he would give me a quote for adding an additional bedroom and hall. The first quote was way too high. After my husband and I decided we would not have the carpet cleaned at all but would do it ourselves, the technician came down on the price and gave us a quote we felt would be fair. Our house is very small, only 1401 square feet, so all of our rooms are small. I also asked the technician if he would move the two rocking recliners if my husband helped him. When he was cleaning and reached the chairs, he stopped and asked my husband was he going to move them. My husband is 80 years old, and had to move them completely by himself because I had left for an appointment and the man cleaning our house did not assist him in any way while he struggled with the two recliners. He didn't pretreat any spots. Did not attempt to clean the carpets inside the walk-in closet or any of the other smaller closets, and took less than an hour to complete the entire house. After spending $133.40, our house does not look any better than it did before we had it cleaned. Next time, we will go to Walmart, rent the machine, purchase the cleaning solution, and do it ourselves, and get it done right, plus save ourselves a lot of money.

I love the results of your soap-free carpet cleaning. Your employees are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I have been very impressed with both of the gentlemen who have cleaned my carpets on two separate occasions.
I spent hundreds of dollars to remove the pet stains from my living room carpet. When Roy finished the room looked very good. When the carpet dried most if not all of the yellow stains returned. I'm guessing that a re-treat would not remove the stains and I do not want to spend any more money on this carpet. What would you suggest?
Do a good job the first time. The second redo looked much better.

I was overcharged. The promo was supposed to be for $89 and I was charged $99. When I called they said someone would call me back to adjust. Still haven't heard from anyone.
