housekeeper showed up the next day and said that i had water running. the tech did not turn off the water outside and it ran from when he left until 8:30 the next morning. I am now expecting a large water bill plus the $750 I paid you.
I have always been quite pleased with the outcome of your service and the technicians I have had (I've used Zerorez a few times) have typically been clean, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Of course, it is very likely I would recommend Zerorez to friends and family and I have! The drying time was fairly short. I was surprised that cleaning techs would not move furniture.

They got my carpets clean. We have lived in our house and this is the 1st time we have had them cleaned professionally. Even tho most of the house is hardwood, I was really shocked at how dirty the carpet was.

THE TECH WAS TO BUSSY BASHING STANLEY STEAMER THE HOLE TIME HE WAS THERE. I WAS QUOTED A PRICE OVER THE PHONE AND PER RAY HE TOLD ME THERE WOULD NOT BE ANY HAGELING OVER QUOTED PRICE AND THERE WAS , TECH TRYED TO QUOTE ME MORE THAN I WAS QUOTED AND THEN TRYED TO GET ME TO BUY AN ADDITIONAL $240.00 FOR DEORDERRISER, WHICH I WAS NOT TOLD ANYTHING ABOUT FROM RAY. TECH WOULD NOT HELP MOVE COUCH OR A CHAIR, I DID THAT AND DINNING TABLE, WHICH I DID ALSO. TECH RUSHED THRU MY HOME, WAS DONE IN 1 HOUR, AND I HAD 7 ROOMS AND A HALL. WHEN I WOULD NOT PURCHASE THE ADDITIONAL ITEMS HIS REMARK WAS OK I'LL SEE WHAT I CAN DO AND I'LL DO THE BEST THAT I CAN.
