I've never seen anything like it, the carpet looks fresh and almost new. The first time I used you several years ago, the young man didn't know what he was doing compared to this guy. He also explained the extraction process, so may have that done in the Spring. Should have had my room done as well.

The hose was not reattached to the hosebed after the technican left. There was no help given or offered on furniture movement.

had an issue with the cleaning that a tech was supposed to come and check out and he never showed up.
I have my entire house cleaned by zerorez on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, and one of my carpets puffed up for lack of a better word. I called immediately and was told a tech would come look at it and check it out on Friday after Thanksgiving between 10-12.
No one ever showed up. No one ever called.

Excellent! We have had 3 new pups here within this last year and some accidents. My carpets look and feel brand new again and they are 9 yrs old! Our technician, Daniel, was above excellent! My carpet is cleaner and stays that way better than ever before. We were seriously talking about taking out the carpet and replacing it with hardwood floors. Now, we're very happy with the way they look.

I have used your services in the past and been pleased with the end result. I do have carpet that is quite old, but it has always looked great when you guys have cleaned it. I'm not sure why the result was different this time, but I still had several spots that wouldn't come out and the overall dinginess of the carpet isn't as improved as it usually is. I don't want to get anyone into trouble, but watching the tech this time in comparison to the other techs, he didn't "press down" at all when using the "steamer". I don't really know if those are the right terms, but the process seemed different this time.
