He was in a big hurry to finish. He counted a 4 X 6 rug that was in one of the rooms as a room. Since he didn't clean under the rug it seems that should have just been part of the room. Took very little time. Told Linda that it would be $30 additional for a protective treatment. Then when finished he said it was $30 extra PER ROOM. We felt we were overcharged by $60. I don't plan to ever use your company again unless you make this right by crediting our card $60 plus tax. Also, when he was backing into our driveway he hit our neighbors car doing some damage and did not leave a note. He had to be aware he did it because it made a loud noise. Very, very disappointed with your company. Felt we were taken advantage of and did not come close to getting what we paid for.

The 2 (Anthony, Ceasr) technicians explained the process for pet stain removal in detail. Each level of cleaning would produce a certain results - which it did. We are very happy with the outcome and will recommend Zerorez. The techs were knowledgeable, polite and a great asset to the company.

free room, plus 15 stairs was quoted $159 plus tax. decided to have tile grout done also had a 25% off coupon, somehow my bill cale to $652 plus tax, i think a.j. made a mistake with the 25% coupon number????? I NEVER GOT A COPY OF BILL AS PROMISED VIA E-MAIL??? CAN
