We had to have a redo on the cleaning. Our firm has used Zerorez at least 3 times in the past. This was the first time that we had to request a redo. The guy that contacted us once we called in a request to have service (I had to make 2 phone calls to receive one back) was not very friendly and just showed up at the door without making an appointment first. Fortunately, I was here and able to walk him around. The office had coffee stains the other 3 times, and it was no problem getting them out. The guy that cleaned the carpets this time told the employee that was here for the cleaning that coffee stains are hard to remove and cannot always be removed. They had always been removed before. Not near as happy this time with Zerorez.

Zerorez is definitely a company I would recommend to my friends and family. They went above and beyond to get the job done right and suit my needs. I can not tell you how good it feels to deal with a company that values its customers satisfaction the way Zerorez does.

The no mess procedure was nice as well as the results.

I am impressed with the way our carpet turned out after the cleaning.

There was a mix up in the appointment times and the first call I made on Saturday (the morning) I was told that your employee was on time and the schedule never deviates and he would be at my house in the a.m. I called back 1 hour later after a no show, and find out that my appointment had been moved to the afternoon. I wish I had been informed the day before as I had made other plans.

The services was excellent. We really appreaciated the knowledge and expertise of the person who cleaned our carpets. He did a great job and explained what he was doing and why and made recommendations to keep our carpet clean.

However, I was supposed to receive a $100 gift card to Fullers which I have not received, so my opinion and desire to recommend Zerorez is rapidly changing.

Anthony was thorough, friendly, and answered all of the questions I had before I could ask them. I appreciated the time he took to discuss the pet treatment service for my carpet and was completely satisfied with the service.

I like Roy - he is so informative and hard working! He always does an amazing job. I made mention of our dust problem - and he suggested the new air filter that is custom made. We bought one and are now waiting for the arrival. I know this will help with the air and the dust! I schedule an appointment every month, because we have 3 dogs. The carpet looks better than when we moved in, and it was new then. We love your company, thank you!

Great employees, always very prompt and helpful. Have used you 3 times now and no spots after carpet is cleaned. Excellent job at cleaning carpets, I will always use you over any other carpet cleaner.

We were given a window of time that the technician was supposed to be out to our house, 1:30-3:30. They did not show up till 4:30 and did not get finished until late. With 2 kids and 2 dogs it was very incovenient.

Your company has cleaned my carpets twice this year and your representatives have been professional, timely, detail oriented and great to work with. Thank You.

I was hoping that my carpets would smell fresh and clean when the job was done but instead they had no clean scent only a wet damp dirty smell

I like that your products are safe for my kids which is very important to me. I also like that your employees are always on time, work hard to complete the job in a timely fashion while providing quality service and always welcome my questions or comments.

My carpet looks cleaner than when other carpet cleaners have cleaned it. The representative was very professional and spent time explaining what he was doing.

Once carpet dried, wasn't as clean/bright as I thought it would be. Looked about the same as before. Had upstairs done week before & after it dried, looked great. Had downstairs done week later (this weekend), not as satisfied with outcome/brightness of carpet this time.

The technician,Joe, came unprepared to do all the services we had requested. My carpets still have stains and he never offered a final look or a chance to re-clean after the carpets dried. He only said he was given the job at the last minute and didn't have the materials to clean the vent so wed have to reschedule for that service. I had been recommending you from our first service with Mike, and you can make this right only if you send Mike back to fix the mess Joe left and finish the vent work. I will be calling to request this as well.
