I appreciated the explanation of the cleaning process and also the fact that there was no pressure by the technician for additional services. The additional treatments were explained, but he left the decision entirely up to me, without trying to push. Also, I feel that the carpet was really clean - unlike experiences with other carpet cleaning services. It looks great too!

I felt like there was too much attention to selling other product. I requested service on 2 specific needs. While I very much appreciated Joseph and Chris and their work ethic and enthusiasm to serve, I would suggest that their primary interest be directed to my specific requests and leave the suggestive selling as secondary. Having said all that, I was very impressed and a happy customer.

These products actually worked and nothing else did. My carpets look great and the techs were polite and knowledgeable.

What I liked best was the results of the work done. James did a great job getting a tough stain out and I appreciate that.

one tech said he could get red "koolaid"spots out of the carpet, with a high degree of probability. The tech that actually came out to clean the carpets said NO WAY. so instead of a 3-room special, I got 2rooms and will still be out the cost of carpet replacement where he couldn't clean. Still have a musty odor afterwards,too.I didn't expect that...

Also, why are there fuel charges added to a "SPECIAL"? I expected tax, but why not just make it a $99.00, because that's what it really is...

very methodical, professional service. I like clean cut looking and uniformed service people. my service man was very professional and personable.

The whole experience was painful. I regret not asking your technicians to leave my house immediately, upon negotiating the cost of cleaning two rooms and not keeping the original quote “special for three rooms” $99.00 plus tax . No respect for personal space, very intrusive and down talking your company on your hiring skills. The lead technician was just bashing the one in training. Not professional at all. Openly asking that a tip would be appreciated, and to make sure that we give a good review, since he knew where I lived in a joking matter. Most disappointed in the lead technician the other young man was in training and embarrassed to be called stupid while he did the work. My Experience was very uncomfortable. You where recommended by someone that had a much better experience that I did. Regrettably I am not able to recommend your services. Thank you for your time.

One stain didn't come out.

I appreciated the call before you got to the house and the service man was friendly and honest. The job was excellent and the carpet looks great.

Zerorez does an amazingly good job of cleaning my carpets, I use your service exclusively. Your cleaning technicians always arrive on time, and are polite and professional. My only negative experience with your service is the SURPRISE bill I end up with.
The first cleaning what I estimated my cleaning to be (from the advertising) and the end bill was about 3 x the cost I had budgeted for. Granted this last visit I added an extra service for pet stain/removal and it is always my option to add these items.
I simply wish your pricing was more transparent given the exceptional cleaning and service it's a shame to feel like I get the bait and switch when it comes to pricing.

You did what you said you would do. I like that you use water, no soap residue and environmentally friendly. Carpet looks good.

They are odor free and environmentally safe. Also the young man that came to clean my carpets was extremely professional and courtesous.

I know your marketing works for you or you would change. It's close to deception when your ads do not include the $10 "fuel" charge, customers don't like it, just include it in the price if it's a cost of doing business. The techs work too hard to up-sell more services. It's like "we'll clean your carpet, but if you want a really good job you should add .....". Just do a good job anyway with more transparency from the beginning about what will happen, what is available, what it costs. Don't be the used car dealer of carpet cleaners. There are too many company policies that change the advertised price once the techs are there. It's uncomfortable and unnecessary. "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you"

quick dry time, no chemicals, super clean carpets

We have had our carpets cleaned one other time since we moved in and they seem to be cleaner this time. He found shampoo in the carpets, which should not have been there.

The technicians who came to our home were very professional and worked very hard cleaning our carpets. It was obvious that their goal was to deliver excellent service and in today's time that is hard to find. We were so impressed with the outcome of our carpet cleaning experience that we will definitely use Zerorez again and will recommend them to our friends and family. Cesar Sierra did a great job and I hope that when we have our carpets cleaned again that he will be the one who shows up. Thank you.
