The techs very very precise in there work and did everything possible to clean our carpet

We just purchased and moved into to our new home at the end of April and we chose Zerorez to clean the carpet in our house. We were on a tight schedule to move in and the proper arrangements had been made for Zerorez to clean the carpets prior to our moving in. When the tech called me, he asked if he could come earlier than the scheduled window and I said it would be fine as long as I had attained the keys to our new house upon closing and funding. He arrived early and I showed him the areas that we were wanting cleaned. He began to point out things that we needed to do and that Zerorez had a product for. For example, he asked if he could see where the filters were installed for our duct system. He went up to the attic and then came down with a rag with some dirt on it and said that the filter was extremely dirty and that I needed to replace the filter there. He then proceeded to try to tell me an over $350 lifetime filter. I said that I did't want to do that but would buy a filter to put in. He told me to go and buy it while he was cleaning and he would install it. He then told me that I needed to have the tile cleaned as well (which would have been the rest of the floors minus two areas) and that it would be an additional $300 to do it. He told me that he was giving me a deal since there was no furniture in the house and this would be the best time to do it and it would cost a lot more later. He assured me that it would look brand new and that I would be able to tell a difference in the tile and it would not be splotchy. He assured me that it would look perfect. I was concerned about the time and wanted to know if he would be able to do all of that and everything would be dry for us to start moving some furniture in late that night. He said that it was not a problem. I asked him if he could start downstairs so that that area would have more time to dry since we were going to bring over some things that night and he said he could not do that, but it would all be dry. I trusted him and left him to do the work and then came back when he finished with the filter that he sent me to buy ($70). Not only did he not install the filters, but the carpets and floors were still wet and he said that we couldn't walk down the hallways to look at it. My daughter had to use the restroom and so he said that we could go to the bathroom upstairs because the carpet was dry. It was not dry and our socks were wet. Also, he did not clean the tile in the upstairs bathroom as he promised. He said that he forgot. Then just before he left, he said he left two large water bottles of the "empowered water" by the door on the floor that I should use to clean. The bottles were discovered in two Ozarka bottles, unproperly labeled. My daughter almost drank some of the solution which enraged my husband because it should not have ever been left without being properly labeled. The tile was not as promised and looked extremely uneven and I would have never agreed to let him "clean" the tile had I known it was going to look like it does. There was not concern to have the tile cleaned before moving in. Zerorez did not make it right even after numerous calls to speak with Customer service managers and representatives. Zerorez did sent a field manager to come assess the work that the initial tech had done and Mr. Moody came to the same conclusion that the work was unsatisfactory and he said that he would be out to correct his work and that he didn't think he would be able to get the tile back even. He said that if we weren't happy with the work still, he would try to get our money back on the tile. The tile is still not satisfactory and needs to be scraped and regrouted as a result of the work that Zerorez did. I did not receive the amount of the up sale back nor did we receive any complimentary service for damages done to our tile. This was an extremely difficult time for our family as we lost our mother that same day that we were moving in and we have had only grief from Zerorez representatives (management and sales staff) about the work that was done. This should not have been a worry to us during this already difficult time for our family.

They were able to get our carpets extremely clean. We were very impressed with your ability to remove dog hair so effectively. We were extremely pleased and will recommend Zerorez to everyone!

Love your carpet cleaning service but with only 1 room of carpet never liked your pricing structure. A supervisor offered me carpet stain resistance protection included. Felt I received a fair service for the price. James my technician did a fabulous job. He was in time, professional, courteous and did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. He even cleaned the entry tile on his way out the door with his equipment.

We were very happy with the way our carpet looked and smelled after the cleaning. We needed to have them thoroughly cleaned after our dog died and zerorez helped restore them as if she had never had any accidents. We will use them again.

Got the stains out

First of all send 2 people so they could move some lightweight furniture. Place styrofoam blocks under furniture legs that are on wet carpet.

No smell but only a clean carpet. For the second time your guys (Daniel)were able to remove the "worn carpet spot" leading from my Kitchen to the bathroom. Several other carpet cleaners just told me it was "worn" carpet. Great job for the second time.Juanita F

I liked the Technician's knowledge and especially his hard work ethic. His name was Justin and he knows a thing about customer service, too. We had a challenge due to a pet who is marking everywhere (and I mean everywhere.) Justin explained how the pH levels and how your pet stain remover works to break down the urine. He worked for hours to make our carpet look like new and now smells fresh.
