I liked the efficient service, far beyond my expectations. The technicians were very knowledgeable and explained the process. They took the time to provide a service of stretching the carpet which had never been done.

The crew was very nice, and corrected the problem, but I had to have them go over areas that they missed. The carpet should be cleaned to the edges, not just in the middle.

My carpets look nearly new! So the machine that fluffed my carpet was awesome.
Describe up front the service that is offered. We gave zerorez the business because of the radio spot detailing technology that untwists and retwists the carpet fibers to get a better result. For a few dollars more we gave it a chance. Upon arrival we were told that only applies to certain types of carpet and no clue of which ones. The carpet does look clean...for now. Our rug is a carpet rug 5x8 and were charged an additional $60 for. That is almost the amount of the entire rest of the job. Too much money for what was done.
Get the stains out the first time. Both times I've used Zerorez, I have called you back to hit some spots still there.
You did a great job fixing the original Issues we had, so thank you. Your rework technician was friendly, helpful and very very thorough. However, The original job was done poorly. The guys were in a hurry and didn't slow down to do a good walk through before they left. They forgot key areas and didn't even spray the protectant, which we were charged for. Because we have had good success with you in the past and you fixed the problems, we will come back. But I caution against the response of new customers in a similar situation. Please make sure your technicians are retrained and customer focused.

Paul & Fernando were great!!!! This was our first time using Zerorez and we'll be using Zerorez going forward. Our light colored carpeting especially appears to be cleaner than the previous cleaner we used made it. Very satisfied!!!!

Customer satisfaction!
To begin with I liked the wide array of products and services offered. Instead of having to contact several companies and have various technicians tromping through our home we were able to contact one company who provided us with a professional that from the start took care of everything we needed. I also liked the fact that unlike other companies I knew all the products being used were not going to be harmful in anyway to either our two or four-legged family members. I also very much liked knowing that nothing would be left behind in our carpets like chemicals or cleaning agents.
I felt like Roy, the service tech, did a wonderful job explaining the cleaning process and the results proved how good your services are
