WE always use Zerorez for our carpet cleaning and we used Zerorez for the first time for tile & grout cleaning. The tile & grout look fantastic!
Ken did a great job! He arrived on time and was friendly, professional, informative and conscientious. And, through a fortunate set of circumstances, he was able to clean my couch for no additional charge, and it looks great! I will definitely recommend Zerorez and will call them again when I need their services.
They did a wonderful job
The carpet looks no different than before. We have two door ways in which are soiled and was the main reason for the cleaning. They look no different than before. I pointed it out to the tech, he said it was due to the direction of the nap. we should brush the nap the other way. The carpet was so wet after the service, we could not use the majority of the house for 12 hours.
To top it off, the van was parked on my drive way and leaked what appeared to be power steering fluid.
It was a waste of my time and money.

The technician told me that I would be receiving the gift card in 2 to 3 hrs, more than 24 hrs have passed and I not only haven't received it but if I receive tomorrow I won't be able to use it anymore since I'm travelling abroad
The gentleman that did our carpets was up front about what to expect and didn't try to push more services than was needed. Our carpets have never looked better!
Pretty satisfied with results of the cleaning, however I'm not satisfied with the amount I had to pay being $150 more than quoted over the phone. Very misleading

Pre-treatment method is far superior than others
The fact that Randy was able to pull up the pet hair out of our carpeting, with the special brush machine, and also removed the pet odor with the 450 degree water.
The service was exceptional and he was extremely professional. The service was quick and most importantly odorless. My next cleaning will be with zeroed and I hope with the same crew!!
A cleaner way to clean my carpet
