How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I got a coupon and it did not say that the carpet cleaning special was for synthetic carpets. I got an estimate of $750 which was ridiculous- then the guy cut it by 25% still too much so I asked them to leave. I called and spoke with a CSR named Jeff and explained the problem and he was seriously rude. I asked him to have someone in charge above him call me and have not received a call yet. Then I got a hangtag on my door from you. I will be sure to go out of my way to tell all my neighbors NOT TO USE YOUR SERVICES.

What do you like about our products and services?

I liked watching the clear filter to see that my carpet really was being cleaned!! The guys were great--Randy and Chris. Randy did a little demo on my dirty tile floor that really made me realize that it needs to be cleaned....professionally!! I'll be setting up that appt soon!

What do you like about our products and services?

You were on time and very professional. The carpets looked very good with the exception of 2 rooms that I hesitated having done but they have a nice smell to them now, so it was worth it.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Your associate strongly recommended a pet treatment even though I had just a few pet stains from cats coughing up hairballs (2 rooms and a hall, 7 spots). The cost for the job, which I had carefully budgeted for, went from 79.99 to over $220.00. I requested a receipt and he only offered to e-mail it; he said he couldn't provide one. Running 4 ceiling fanss and AC, it took over 12 hours for the carpet to dry rather than the 2-3 hours he said.

What do you like about our products and services?

The technician called to let me know he was on his way. He was kind and courteous. He explained everything he was doing. He showed me all the soap that was left in the carpets from the last company that cleaned my carpets. He was very thorough.

What do you like about our products and services?

Friendly, competent technician. Very thorough in cleaning. Randy did a great job! My sofas are shining like gold. The carpets look great. I hate walking on them, even with bare feet, just cuz i want to keep them looking so clean. I feel better now, that my home is presentable for the coming holidays and family that will be here. Thank you. I have already recommended my daughter; turns out she has used them in the past and was prompted to call them again.

My son has autism. Because of this he is very sensitive to many cleaning products. Yours is the only product that gets my carpets super clean and my son has zero reaction.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Look up my complaint. I have videotape of your employees half cleaning my floors- playing with cell phones, talking, skipping obvious spots, etc. You didn't finish the job. You didn't show up. You didn't return our calls to voice our concerns. A manager never called us back. You then sent the same person who screwed up the job to come correct it. He tried to conceal his errors by telling lies. I finally had to call and demand to talk to someone ASAP and got Kelly. Your manager Brad came out and said he was embrassed at the job. The replacement person Tom said he could tell the previous crew you sent totally omitted certain mandatory steps. $2000 wasted. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and rating you poorly on every social media network known to man. You should fire the people who screwed up this job. They wasted our time and your company concealed it and never really tried to make it right. What's worse is that the marble shower that was the whole reason we hired you never got done. You couldn't even clean the carpet right, I don't know why you would even attempt to do marble floors.

Other than moving most of the furniture, it was quick and painless. I'm glad I had it done. I was amazed at how much dust was removed from my house. I wiped down all my furniture while putting everything back into place & I have not needed to dust yet. I also had a chair and ottoman cleaned & they look like new. I am very pleased with both sevices.

Almost a year ago I had my carpets cleaned by Zerorez for the first time. The cleaning itself was average, the technician was friendly enough. I recently received a call from a collection agency telling me YOUR technician lost my check and demanding payment immediately. Your company has not contacted me regarding this matter until now and I find that to be very poor business practice! I will not use your company again nor will I recommend your company.

The guy told me my house smelled like dog pee and my $99.00 cleaning cost me $300.00. I was expecting to pay more but $200.00 more.

What could we do to improve?

The room where our couch was cleaned was a bit messy and wet upon our tech's departure. A few quick swipes of a towel might have cleaned that up a bit.
