When I called to ask about the 3 room deal for $79.00 I heard on WRR the guy who answers the phone said "no, its 2 rooms". I told him it was 3 rooms on the commercial and he said it was not. I heard the commercial again on the day they were coming and it WAS 3 rooms, but for $89.00. I had only the 2 rooms done because he didn't say "on the commercial it IS 3 rooms but its $10.00 more". You would think he would know that--so he caused your company to make less money. Wonder how many times a day he does that? Due my allergies I have used zerorez before--my biggest issue is always with the guy who answers the phone--every time I have called. Last time it took me 3 tries to finally use you because of his lackadaisical attitude and not really caring if a customer gets the service or not, and tendency to argue about any specials you have going on. I asked to speak with Beu Hopkins or whatever his name is who is supposedly the owner but he told me he really wasn't the owner and I couldn't speak with him. I have not said anything in the past because I don't want this guy harassing me or worse because I did. Someone with a more customer service attitude answering your phones would increase your business. Maybe retraining would work. The service people who come out are great. I will use you again because to my knowledge there is no other company who doesn't use all the chemicals, and I have to do it that way.
good service,was not aware that i was going to be charged extra for some of the stains that where on the carpets ,the price that i agreed to pay was 148.00 i ended up paying 218.00 not good, should of been told before hand that it would cost extra,that was 70 dollars more.that's my only complaint, please explain to your techs to let the customers know that there is a extra cost,not to happy about that. My carpet looks great. However, it was still damp the next morning. Also, it feels strange. Somewhat sticky.
The technician was very professional and explained everything about the process. I was very satisfied with the results of the cleaning. I had the living room carpet cleaned. The previous owners of the house had dogs and the pet stains were also removed. I also have allergies and sensitive to perfumes. The cleaning did not have any irritating perfumes or smell.

The Technician who came to our house last Friday, September 27, did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. We were amazed at how clean and wonderful our carpet looked. As a matter of fact, he brought new life to our old carpet. He was very professional and friendly. He walked through the house with me before and after cleaning our carpet and gave me a realistic view of what to expect. When he gave me a walk through after he finished cleaning, I was totally amazed at the difference, especially after the disappointing results when our carpet was cleaned by a different Zerorez technician two weeks earlier on September 13. I want to thank Zerorez for living up to your advertisement and your 30 day guarantee. I would also like to thank the technician, I have forgotten his name but I believe he is a manager, who came to our house on September 27 and did a terrific job! My husband and I are extremely pleased. We will definitely be recommending you to our friends.
Pet friendly
I was impressed by the way the dirt was removed from heavy traffic areas in front of doing the overall cleaning. And I felt like the overall cleaning was very effective. I thought that our service technician did an excellent job on our carpets. And the price was exactly what I had been quoted -- there were no hidden charges.
Our carpets feel and look very clean. The technician showed us the protective coverage product that would help out carpets stay cleaner longer.

Very thorough cleaning, the person who cleaned my rugs was very pleasant and explained the process to me, and it did not take a long time to get it done. The rugs dried quickly, and I liked the fact that it was a healthy product that did not affect my COPD or my 3 cats! I have recommended your service to my daughter.
