Technicians always do a great job and are very courteous and respectful.
You showed up when promised you associates were very professional and made a carpet that I thought would never come clean look wonderful they even took the time to try extra hard to get out a few spots that turned out to be burn marks. My husband was home when they came and was very satisfied with their service. Carpets look wonderful.
Y'all did everything you could to fit me in when I needed a next day appointment, the techs showed up on time and were extremely nice and knowledgable. Your prices are great and my carpet looks brand new again! I will absolutely use y'all again and refer you to family, friends, and coworkers.

I have not received on of the rugs we sent out to be cleaned back. I also was promised something a $50 credit for future service and i never felt like I was compensated for all the crap we dealt with.

When I called to get a basic estimate, which I understand is only an estimate, I was not told about "oversized rooms". I was qouted a price per room and thats what I budgeted for. When the tech came out the cost was more than DOUBLE the estimate when only two rooms were oversized. He said our Living room was oversized. That made no sense. I also was not told about pet treatment. When I get a basic over the phone qoute at $275 with the special, understanding that some priceing has to be done onsite, and the tech gets there and tells me it will be $650 yeah, Its doubtful I'll recommend you. I had the tech only do half the house. On that note, however, what they say about the quality was correct. I was very impressed with the quality of the cleaning. If you had been upfront when I called, and either gave me all the info, or asked the right questions, things may have gone different. Service is just as important to me as the excellent quality.

There is very little odor. I can't tell I had a flood last Thursday, except a couple if dents in the padding. I am hoping that works out with time.
I would like to say that a lot of people may use Zerorez because there are not odors left over. Lots of times that is an issue with people because they are sensitive to cologne/fragrances. It would behoove your workers to respect that by not wearing any cologne/scented lotions or aftershave.
Didnt go to edge of room this time some spots were actually dry...bad job this time

My carpets were dry before I went to bed! They weren't saturated with water or chemicals for 2 days! They also treated my "puppy stains". There was no urine odor or flowery cover up perfumes like I've had in the past.
I like the fact that there are no after odors and the carpet looks so clean and not matted down.
