Great job on the carpet
The technician was very polite and asked every time if I was Pleased with the result.

Otherwise, Michael?, I think it was, was very professional and pleasant to deal with. I talked to him quite a lot so if he was slow per your schedule, it was not his fault.

I would truly recommend Zerorez to all my friends and family !! I called to set up apt and I was very please when they said they could do the Cleanning in the same day !! The staff was very courteous, considerate, identified all the issues they found followed by reasonable solutions. They were quick yet thorough. Finally, they had a good attitude, smiles and humor.

I think the cleaning was thorough but the technicians were great - very accommodating. Joshua was great!
BTW though, I pointed out one stain when they first got there and it got over-looked. I'm sure it was an oversight and possibly in a glare. I should have followed up on it before they left but...
The device that used the extra 1st step to soak up dirt deep down from carpet base. The time service technician took to explain what he was doing and why. Pleasant personality of the technician
Prompt, efficient and did a great job.
I like the softness of the carpet and there were no "spots" left after cleaning. The mop system is quick and easy and I don't have to pull out and mix cleaning solutions to make the floors clean and fresh. The added plus is that the floors are not sticky after cleaning.
They got up all my dog messes and then left a bottle to spot clean which unfortunately I have already had to clean up a mess!!
Technician was very helpful in explaining things in a way that was easy to understand. It was a wonderful experience. My only complaint is that after I submitted a request I waited a week and never heard back from anyone. I ended up having to call to get an appointment scheduled.

I LIKE THE FACT THAT YOU DID NOT MAKE USE OF DETERGENTS. THERE WAS SOME AREAS OF THE TILES THAT NEEDED DEEPER CLEANING. WHEN I NOTIFIED YOUR OFFICE YOU WERE VERY PROMPT AND VERY ACCOMODATING AND DID NOT WASTE ANY TIME TO MAKE SURE THAT THE PROBLEM WAS GOING TO BE PROPERLY HANDLED. THOMAS SAID THAT HE WILL DO HIS PROFESSIONAL BEST TO MAKE THE FLOOR TILES LOOK GREAT. HE DID A FABULOUS JOB. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED. AND NOW YOU HAVE A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER WHO WILL BE GLAD TO RECOMMEND ZERREZ TO ALL HER FRIENDS!

the pet treatment price was a surprise and the overall cleaning was not very good. to make things right you would need to do the whole house for free.
Very punctual. Got the appointment I wanted. I called days ahead and on the booking day. Guys were very professional and accomodating. Explained everything to us and showed us the dirty solution coming out of the carpet. We are very pleased with the service we received and will definitely use them the next time. Carpet dried really fast without any after odor smell. This is a rented house and when we move into our own house we will do a ZeroRez clean before we move in for sure.
