Also, I believe yor advertising is misleading. Your price is not $89 for three rooms if $10 is a standard add-on, but in fact is $99. When I learned of the extra amount I was a bit miffed.

The serviceman was very professional. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about what he was doing and answered all of our questions before and after he completed the job. Considering the condition of the rugs before he started, he did the job quickly and we were are satisfied with results after he finished.

ZEROREZ with the 'super-charged' EMPOWERED water cleaned our off-white carpet and made it look newer... other carpet cleaning companies could not get it this clean.. because they tried!

Products used were very good in getting out stains and overall cleaning of carpet. Technician was very efficient.
I had 2 rooms to clean, a living room and a bedroom. I have a bathroom with carpet in it attached that has been cleaned without question by both zerorez and Dalworth the previous 2 cleanings. I also have 2 area rugs in my kitchen that were also cleaned, again without question the previous 2 times. This time the service man charged me for the area rugs and did not clean the bathroom, he wanted to charge me for that as well. I measured the bedroom and the area that was cleaned totaled 165sq ft due to a large king size bed taking up most of the room, the bath would have been an additional 36sq ft totaling 201. The living room footage totaled 228. I really didn't mind paying for the kitchen rugs, but expected the bathroom to be done as that total footage would have equaled a room. I additionally had to ask him to go over a high traffic area a second time and he seemed put out. As well he talked a great deal about pets in the houses he has cleaned (I have 1 dog) and how he can smell odors the minute he walks in. It did become insulting, though I don't think he meant it to. I would not want him to come and clean my carpets again, and may not be calling zerorez due to this. What can you do to make it right? Good customer service would be to educate the service man to stick with the cleaning and not talk about previous pet cleanings he has done or odors he is able to smell. Good customer service is also to realize the square footage they are actually cleaning and provide you with that service for the money being paid. The best customer service would be to come back out and clean the bathroom and the high traffic areas again as even when I told him to re-clean he barely ran the cleaner over it again. Randy, the Technician, is excellent! He took time to explain the products and what he would be doing, presented and sold me the "pet treatment" and ensured his work and efforts were the best. Thank you, Randy! However, two days after the cleaning, "non-pet" spots are returning and will need additional treatment and cleaning. Also, the van Randy used has an engine oil leak that left a ten inch diameter oil spot on my spot free drive way.
The gentleman that did our service was wonderful. Carpets look great and feel really clean!
