What do you like about our products and services?

Quick appointment time, no waiting. Notification of arrival time, and only a bit later than expected. Polite employee, no wasting my time, got right to work. Only tried to sell me one other service and did not insist when I said no. Explained how to help keep carpet clean.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I was charged extra (+$90) for pet treatment - but I don't feel like the odor was eliminated by the cleaning as it was described to "neutralize on contact"

I also was not given the Fuller's gift card - and the tech never mentioned it.

Despite all this - The tech was very professional, and I feel like he did a good job. I just don't think the pet treatment was worth the extra money - and it is dissappoining that you were running a promotion and I didnt get it.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The first time we used Zerorez, I had no complaints at all. That is why we called again. This time, in one room, when he finished it appeared to leave stripes in one part of the room. I pointed it out and was ignored. I figured maybe it was just the fact that it was still wet and would be fine when it dried. Not so. No one walked on it until the next day. Then I vacuumed, hoping to smooth out the carpet. It is obvious that the left side of the cleaning tool was not getting the dirt and left a 2" dirty stripe.

The representative when I booked wasn't very pleasant. I called because of an advertisement special and was told well this is the special for the day. A lot more expensive.

There are no chemicals used. AJ also used a vacuum with bristles that pulled more out of the carpet than my vacuum could ever do. I think it should be used for every carpet cleaning job (this was the first time I'd seen it used.)

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The tech spent a total of 45 - 50 minutes at my home to do 4 bedrooms. If you account for the 15 minutes to set up and dismantle, he spent less than 10 minutes per room. The carpet was saturated wet and took over 24 hours to dry. While the young man was very polite and seemed to work hard during the duration, the time spent on extracting was not sufficient. I was disappointed as I had heard good things about your operation from a coworker. I checked with her this morning and she said her carpets dried as promised within the 2-4 hour time frame quoted.

What do you like about our products and services?

The price is why we chose Zerorez but we will stay with and recommend to others because of the excellent customer service we received from the technicians Justin and Mike.

They were very knowledgeable about the company and the process. They spoke highly of the company and mentioned that they were proud to work there. They explained each step along the way, they were careful with our home and they were personable and friendly.

I can only assume the carpet is clean because of all the crap that came out of it. However, the carpet is a horrible color anyway so it will never look clean or good but it makes me feel better that the dirt is gone!

I have told pretty much everyone I've seen about Zerorez.

The service men were very nice and professional, but perhaps we were expecting too much. There was one area in particular where wine had been spilled. The stain was not visible right after they cleaned it, but the next day after the carpet had dried the stain was as noticeable as before, or maybe even more so.

I would like to say the technician did a good job at cleaning the carpet.
I am not thrilled about the price.
I requested the Stairs to be cleaned in the original estimate of $217.
The hall was also discussed in the $217. We discussed this in writing and over the phone when they scheduled the appointment.
When the technician was here we discussed the stairs and the hall but did not discuss that it would be an additional $120.
He cleaned well but I am not happy.
If i did recommend it i would strongly urge them to get the pricing up front before he starts

What could we do to improve?

The Technician seem to be very knowledgeable and worked very hard and truthfully the carpets had some really tuff spots to clean. I just don't think that Zerorez process is the best process to use in all cases. I think he did all he could, but there were a couple of spots that just wouldn't come clean. I used an over the counter product that removed the stains that your process would not. Other wise the carpets looked good.

Spots/stains in carpet were not removed and grout in tile is now very clean in some areas but still dirty in others. So now the dirty parts are even more noticeable.
