I set up an appointment some time back and went through several phone calls but never got anyone to come out to give a proposal. This week I met the rep at our business and he was on time and very cordial. But he was going to email me a proposal in just a few minutes he said and I still don't have it. The cleaning service is great but getting there is not.
My carpets are clean, and there is no residue. I liked it that the job was well done and done quickly. The gentleman was polite and professional.

Ron was very helpful, he completely explained the whole process to me and repaired a problem with my carpet quickly; even though I had not mentioned it when I called in to make an appointment. I thought I would have to go back to the carpet installers to repair it, however, Ron did it and for a reasonable price. More than that our carpet looks amazing, completely different, I wish I would have called zerorez several years ago. Thanks so much for a great product and a terrific tech.

Did not call in advance of arrival as the Email stated. I was quoted a 3 room price of $89 but in the paper the same day the cleaners were here was a 4 room price of $99. I had to pay an extra $25 for my 4th room which was a small bathroom. The customer should be given the best price currently available. Also the advertisement on radio station WRR stated there was a special offer of a some type of complimentary gift, not the folers gift card which I had no interest in, but another option. I was not given an option. I do have an issue with your advertising techniques.
The service person was great and no chemicals.
You are able to take years off the age of our carpet.
Seth Hopkins was an outstanding tech, explaining everything he was going to do and the results were absolutely awesome. My carpets came completely clean as in like new and they were over 8 years old. We had a very large party in our home & house guests the week before. I knew I didn't want chemicals or fragrances in our carpet. I just wanted it to be really clean without damaging it or leaving it with the crunchy shampooed look. Zerorez delivered everything & more! My carpets are like brand new in look, feel and even areas that seemed too dirty from wear came clean again! In a time when disappointment in services are the expected, Zerorez came thru with fantastic results!

I was impressed/horrified when the rep pulled out his black light flashlight and showed me how many pet stains there were on the carpet. There really was no choice but to get the pet treatment for each room. He did not pressure me to get it but explained that the smell would be awful as the water would reactivate the wet urine smell of the stains.
My carpet seems to be cleaner and stay clean longer than with other services I've used in the past.
