Professional service
The technicians that come out are ALWAYS friendly and professional. After trying probably a dozen different carpet cleaning services, Zerorez is the ONLY one I've found that actually works. Stains come up, and stains stay gone.
Make sure your cleaners don't lie to your customers just to make the sale. The second guy that came out was the most honest and knowledgeable gentleman I've dealt with from a business! Because of him I will use you again when we need our carpets craned next time
I've never been more satisfied from a cleaning service, and I've tried them all! Not only was your serviceman respectful, courteous and professional, he did a fabulous and through job. I have already recommended you guys to two of my friends.
My carpet looks great. Does not smell moldy like it has after Blackmon and Mooring and Dalworth.

Make sure if you send out a new trainee they know what they are doing. I had to have someone come out and reclean my carpets.

Tim and roger were very nice, helpful and knowledgable. The jury is still out since we just had our carpets done yesterday but so far this is the first time we have had the pet odors not be evident after a cleaning. I think it is the flash method that was used. I am very hopeful the odors will stay away!:)

Justin W was efficient friendly and the carpet was cleaned just as advertised. Only one complaint--Why was the "special" WRR price $119 for 3 rooms and the price I got $99 + a free room? That does not sound fair to WRR listeners! I do thank you for your support of WRR but don't charge us more than other customers!

All of the stains that were on our carpet came back within a week. We wanted our carpet to look nice for Christmas and it just doesn't. We are disappointed.
The stains appeared within hours of the cleaning. Last time they at least too some time to return as we all know they do, not an issue but I felt they didn't apply enough stain remover considering I was only cleaning One carpet, they didn't have to work too hard. I am disappointed. Sorry.
