What do you like about our products and services?

Zerorez completely cleaned my carpet, removing stains I thought would never come out. I wanted to get new carpet, my husband heard you advertisement and said let's try it. I thought it would be a waste of money, but I was wrong. We are very happy with the results.

When you offer a reward it should be a current one. The certificate I received for Fuller's Jewerly expired on September 30, 2013, i.e. last month.

What could we do to improve?

Do it right the first time. The second gentleman who came was able to remove the red stain which the first gentleman said could not be removed. There were multiple dark spots that had to be removed on the second visit.
I admit the carpet was very dirty, but it should have required only one visit.
I will say that the carpet looks very good now.

Our service was so great. The gentleman that did our carpet cleaning was to informative and pleasant. I just wanted to say one thing, when I called to make the appointment I was told that I would get a $100 gift card to the jewelry company. Will you be mailing that card? Thanks. First name removed

The guy who cleaned our carpets was very good at teaching what he was doing and how things would help the carpets. He did a great job getting the stains out of the carpets and they looked like new.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Grout cleaning was performed on marble with inoperable machinery with an unknowledgable technician. There was water all over the floor in large puddles. I called to voice my concern about not being clean enough. Fabian came to my home and we discussed what happened and a new and correct estimate for cleaning the marble and grout, which I am unable to do at this time. I requested a refund for $140.00. On Oct. 1, 2013 Brad called me from your office and I explained everything to him and he said he would get back to me tomorrow. Today is October 11, 2014. Very, very disappointed in Zerorez.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The only way I would call your company back or refer it is with a firm price contract with no theatrics or excessive over-charges, and with a firm start time. Your technology appears to work but only time will tell if it is any better than that of your competitors whose charges I know from experience are much lower and more reasonable. Moreover, I have never before had to negotiate carpet cleaning costs with technicians after an estimate has already been provided.
When I called to make my appointment, some three weeks before the appointed time, I requested an early morning time. Your representative said he couldn't provide that, he could only say between 11 am and 1 pm. He estimated $187 for six rooms but couldn't deal with the seventh that I described having a 9x12 oriental rug and only the perimeter needed cleaning. (Your technician declared it a full room.)
When the two technicians arrived, one did the theatrics with his blue flashlight and in barely understandable English came up with a price of about $450. I said I couldn't pay that and he came down to $340, to which he agreed not to include any tax. (My ultimate invoice was for $366 that included tax.) So, I paid about twice the amount originally estimated and was appalled to see on the invoice that you cannot guarantee the pet treatment, which constitutes the bulk of your over-charges.
All of the above are, in essence, are the reasons for my low rating of your services.

I listen to talk radio exclusively and am skeptical of endorsements by the on-air personalities, but I thought I'd at least try Zerorez for your 4 room for $99 special. We have previously used OxyClean on our carpets.

The polite and professional Andre showed up on time and with a big smile. He explained your process and products, but did not try some unwanted hard sell.

The machine used to loosen the fibers of the carpet was great. We vaccume often, but I was amazed with the amount of cat hair embedded in our carpet, which the machine pulled up.

Once he got started with the cleaning, I was pleased our carpet was not terribly dirty, but could not believe the amount of oxidizing chemical residue your water process pulled out of our carpet. Andre efficiently completed the house, and I noticed he took extra time and care in the areas of greatest foot traffic.

Upon completion, our light colored carpets are the original color again, and a couple of visibly dirty carpet runners we use now look exactly like the rest of the carpet.

I was also most pleased with the complete lack of odor. I actually got down and sniffed a few areas once it dried, and there was no odor at all!

So, job well done to you Zerorez. I am impressed, and you have gained a new regular customer. Additional cudos to Andre, who is a very professional ambassabor for your business.

The technician that came out was very pushy about selling me other services. He then told me that he was going to charge me extra for several different things, such as my 5 ft long hallway. I told him that I was quoted on the phone $99 for my whole house, because it is only just over 100 sqft and he said well I can take a little bit off then. He continued to try and sell me upgrades, and seemed irritated when I was not interested. He then told me that my carpet was just going to smell like pee if I didn't upgrade to the chemical spray or something, and "that's not [his] fault," which really gave me no faith in the product that your company advertises. I let him proceed with the normal cleaning I scheduled anyway. He then managed to clean my whole house in just under an hour, which seems impossibly fast to have been adequate, and the carpet was VERY wet when he left. I have carpet cleaned many times, and they have never been left this wet. He was moving the cleaner very quickly across the carpet l, as if he was sweeping a shop floor with a push broom. He cleaned the carpet at around 9:00 a.m. And the following evening, it is still damp. My socks get wet as I walk. I'm not sure if he did a poor job intentionally because I did not spend more money, or if it is a training issue. We did a walk through immediately afterwards and the carpet looked fine, because it is dark brown, no stains showed in te first place, but I had shoes on and did not feel how wet the carpet was left until later that night.

I love that there are no fumes during the cleaning process. I have used other carpet cleaning services where I actually had to go outside because I was getting a headache from the cleaning fumes. I love Zerorez. I genuinely feel like my carpets & floors are CLEAN when you leave!

It was my understanding from the radio commercial on WBAP that the carpet threads would be retwisted to give the carpet a revitalized appearance. This was not the case. The technician was only here approximately 10-15 minutes. The carpet looks better after we clean it ourselves with our own home carpet cleaning machine. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
