Very professional, carpets and chairs look great, carpet is very old (25 years) and you made it look great. Dont like the odor left in the house for days after you leave though.

Don't quote a price over the phone that is almost certainly NOT sufficient to do an acceptable job.... It paints a negative picture and a reluctance to do business with you...

Jose (Joe) was very helpful and explained how the process worked. Up front he told us about all the things that could happen to the carpet. The carpet is very clean and just a few spots have came back but are very muted and I will call an make a appointment to see if we can get those come back spots removed. I would and already have recommend Zerorez to my friends and family. Thanks for such a great job and such a great techician he worked miracle. Peggy Green

Even though we had the unfortunate experience surrounding equipment failures during our most recent cleaning, the Zerorez technicians were more than accommodating, apologetic, and professional in their approach to solving the issue. As long as Zerorez continues to promote customer service with a professional carpet cleaning, they will have a customer for life.

By letting the client know if "spots" reappear, immediately after the carpet drys, how and with what one could try to clear up the spots, using what would commonly be kept within a household.
The carpets looked great but even more impressive were your employees. Then servicemen who came to our home were VERY nice and EXTREMELY professional.

Your product seems to be working fine; actually better than I expected. But!!! Your 21 year old tech was the most professional person I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time. In all my 73 years, I can tell you the service tech who represented your company "is your company" as far as the customer is concerned and this young man was extremely professional, explained the details thoroughly, and performed the cleaning in a timely manner. You need to keep this guy...he has great people skills in addition to showing concern for doing a professional job.
Your products do a good job of cleaning the carpet and getting all the spots up. They do not have harmful chemicals to do the job. My carpet dried in a short time and I could walk on it after a few hours. You employee was very knowledgeable and polite.

Darwin H. was honest and knowledgable. He spoke highly of his employers with devotion toward them and the company. Once he smelled the cat urine, he suggested, never pushy, treatments for the yucky areas. I was in the decision driver's seat. When I declined a service, he was just as consistent in character as when I agreed. Loved that!!!!
On this occasion I liked how quickly the techs were in and out of my house and left a very clean home.
