The technicians did a thorough cleaning in a very short time

I have yet to receive a receipt of services rendered as was told it would be via email. The cleaning was very good in the rooms, just expected a more through job as I could have done just as good as job by renting a steam cleaner. Meaning we still have a dark band at perimeter of rooms, as I had hoped there would have been an accessory that would have been able to reach these hard to clean areas. Same thing goes for dark spots under our doors.

Joe did a great job - didn't pressure us to buy extra service. The house smells clean and our old carpets are soft and clean.

Our carpet did not come completely clean

I have had great experiences with ZR, but also horrible ones. This visit was a last ditch effort to make up for the unbelievably bad experience I had the last time. The cleaning is always good, the techs hot and cold. If I were judge by just this visit, it would be a 10. I'm just still a little wary after time before.
