What do you like about our products and services?

I am a new customer. I liked that you used several stages of pretreating, cleaning and brushing. Very service minded technician! (Anthony). Informative, but not pushy or trying to sell something else. No gimmicks. Carpets looked good when finished. If the carpet doesn't get dirty too fast (like you commercial says) you've got a long term customer.

This is tough. I liked Randy,(I think that was his name, lousy with names), I liked that he spoke English. I don't mean that as a rude comment, but it makes conveying instructions easier. If I was Asian, Hispanic, Indian, I'd want someone who spoke those languages. On your product and service, it was OK. I didn't think there was anything special about it. I have a extraction machine that does the job as well. You say zero residue, but there is a scent afterwards, someone with allergies might not like that. A week after last appointment it got REAL humid and my wife commented on a smell from rugs. Could have just been outside air. I haven't noticed dirt reappearing anywhere after 10 days. Rugs seemed fairly wet when done and for a day or so. I would recommend Randy to people, I would tell people of my experience with your products and service. It's the only one I've ever used, my wife wanted it because of radio commercial. But you showed up on time, did a quick job and work seemed good. Price I assume is average, since I called no one else. I would use you again if Randy available. I hope this answered your questions.

Doesnt seem this particular carpet came as clean as most but its clean. One issue brought to my attention was at the transition from carpet to tile where the tech pulled past the tile and it caused discoloration, I know this is your typical way to do things however! for a 4 X 5 foot area in the entry he could have asked if I wanted him to clean the tile also. I know stanly steamer would have dont it NC so would rug doc. as well as United carpets.

What do you like about our products and services?

I was pleased the first time the carpets were cleaned but this crew did an exceptional job. The high traffic spots were gone!! Our carpet is 10 years old and looks new. I was very pleased with Paul and I believe the other gentlemen's name was Jeremy (?). They were very efficient and knew the business and techniques. I will use Zerorez again.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I called the company and scheduled the master bedroom to be cleaned, and a chair . The rep quoted $49.95 for the carpet, then she stated the chair quote would have be onsite. When the tech arrived he said the small chair would be $80.00, my husband declined for the chair to be cleaned. The tech then stated there was a minimum of $90.00. That was never communicated to me when I scheduled the appointment. The tech then began to communicate that the calls are recorded and that this was communicated to me. Because the tech was argumentive my husband asked that he leave. I called Zerorez to complain the rep said I would receive a return call from her supervisor, never received a return call.

Although the technician worked hard to ensure the carpets were 'extra' clean, by cleaning the areas twice, it left the carpets very wet and it took overnight or longer to get the carpets dry. Plus, with the extra moisture, I don't know if all the carpets will stay as clean and expected. Only time will tell. PLUS .... when scheduling my time frame for the cleaning, your company didn't honor my request to be the first appt. and weren't very flexible in offering an alternate time frame even though I called in the day weeks in advance. Plus, I wasn't expecting an 'over size' room charge for cleaning the hallway for 'Room #3'. I am not a raving fan of Zerorez.

The gentleman who cleaned my carpets was Colby, he was very pleasant and did an excellent job in cleaning. He explained the product and took extra time and steps to make my carpets look like new.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

This story is too long and sadly really disappointing. To sum it all up in a nutshell it started off bad and ended up worse. You had one redeeming quality and that was one of your techs Ron. When Ron came to do a redo on one of my 3 rooms he apologized profusely for what he agreed was a half assed job. He assured me I would get my receipt and that the company's manager, Some young guy he said, world call me the very next day to talk to me about the experience schedule a redo for the remaining two rooms and get all me feedback. That was 8 days ago. Never heard from anyone and never got rons report or receipt. Just like I never got the first service receipt or jewelry voucher. This is the epitome of awful business management with the exception of Ron. Would never recommend and on the contrary will let my pals who look to me for service recommendations to avoid. It wasn't even really the bad work that bothered me as much as the lack of commitment and follow through to make things right for a customer.

I was amazed and the amount of hair that machine pulled out of the carpet, but at the same time I was disappointed that my carpet didn't pull out the more of the stains and bring my carpet back to new looking (I set high standards, maybe too high for the age of the carpet) but overall it looks better than it did. The person was very Professional

Tht technician Ron did a fabulous job! He was courteous, professional and explained everything he was going to do! I was very pleased with how thoroughly he worked on my white fabric club chairs. They are beautiful and bright white again... Never thought I'd see them this clean. The carpets look great and he did a very careful job on my high-end Persian area rugs. They are vivid and gorgeous again. I am very pLeased with the service and with the technician. I will definitely reccomonec your company to my friends.

What could we do to improve?

Luke, your technician, explained the process and procedure. He went over and above to clean my older carpets.

I would have preferred that the technician have the Fullers gift certificate with him versus trying to find it on line. It's not Lukes fault but should be something that I feel needed to be done. Also with fuel costs lower than they have been why is there a fuel charge? Zerotez isn't an airline! I was aware of the charge before hand but I still question it.
