1)One of the rooms had a tremendously foul for 7 days after the carpets dried.
2)When I called back to schedule a redo I was essentially called a liar because you all failed to update my address.
3)When the guy showed up at at my house for the rescheduled redo I was told that I wasn't even on his schedule he just swung through because he was in the area. Keep in mind this is 10 days from the initial sevice. Upon arrival he again essentially called me a liar stating he couldn't smell what we were smelling. He then said he would do me courtesy "rinse" but would not treat the carpet.
4)I had terrible experience with zerorez the first time I used you all but my issues weren't with carpet clean but rather tile and customer service. So when I needed my carpet cleaned at my new house I trusted you could handle that based on my previous service. I am now regretful for any trust I had in zerorez.
In order to make it right you all need to reclean or retreat the one bedroom that we had the issues with and it needs to done free of charge. It is extremely inconvenient having to schedule you all to keep coming out for what would be the 3rd time.
Technician was very friendly and explained the service knowledgeably. The final cost was considerably more than the original quote due to pet stain pre-treatment. I'm not sure I would have used the service had I known it would cost $600. However, the carpet does look almost new, and time will tell whether it continues to look so clean. That being said, I would recommend the company to a friend with the understanding that the cost can be high.
It WORKS!!! Technician Joseph in Dallas did an awesome job explaining treatment and did a test area in our den which really showed how DIRTY the carpet really was. Now we can put off buying new carpet cause ours looks brand new!
