The technicians were professional, courteous and extremely thorough. We have kids and dogs, so the carpets get dirty, very dirty. Zerorez cleaned every square inch of the carpet and it looks, feels and smells great,
The products have done an excellent job of removing pet stains from our carpets, extending, we hope, their life. The service was thorough, professional and friendly.
Joseph explained every step of the processes he was going to be doing to my carpet. He was both knowledgeable, and thorough. I knew he was going to do a great job.
My carpet was completely dry the following morning, and looks better than it has when cleaned by other services in the past.
After further consideration, the work was too costly and I had to remove smudges from my tiles, which was extra work for me, there was no discount for senior citizen because the rep gave me the sealant free,(that was the deal before senior's discount).

I had a horrible experience with getting an estinate. The day that the technicial was suppose to come out to give me an estimate, I was contacted to let me know they would not make it out that day. This was after i had taken time off from work. After letting the scheduler know that I was not happy with the lack of commitment, they changed their story once I mentioned that I had contacted Dalworth cleaning. They said that they may have someone availble and suddenly found someone that could come out to my house for an estimate. The next bad experience was after the estimation was given and I had agreed to the terms, I was told by the technician that I would get a call the next day to confirm my cleaning appointment. That was a Friday and I never received a call period. I had to call them the following wednesday and was told that they didn't have any information on my estimate.
This is absolutely horrible customer service from a company that supposedly prides themselves on great service.
I was expecting a two team man who could move the dressers and chest of drawers to clean under them. Also clean under the beds, i removed everything from the tops of the bedroom furniture and from under the beds, but was told he was not allowed to move furniture. So basically only got the pathways clean. Good job on the carpet that was cleaned though.
Carpets look great and spots came out that i thought would be hard to remove. I like that you use no soap. Service guys very polite. Will call on your company in the future.
The tech was very nice and the job he did was wonderful. It was the pricing I had a problem with. I asked if he could do the stairs and he told me that he could, but did not mention that it was a per stair price. I was planning on paying around $150 to get my game room and common area outside of the gameroom, as well as the front and back stairs cleaned. When he told me the bill was $456 I could not believe it. He also stretched the carpet in one spot and I found the piece he cut off in my front flower bed. I just wish we had gone through all of the pricing and that I would have known what the final bill would be before we started. I definitely would have foregone some of the services had I known it would be so much.
GREAT PRODUCT AND CUST SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT
Felt like the old "bait and switch" scheme was going on. Ads on good radio stations telling me 3 rooms for $89.95 and if there is a stain they can't get out, they will leave and you owe them nothing. But that won't happen, because they will get the stain out".
So, tech comes out and tells my wife it will be an additional $60.00 PER ROOM to treat for stains. Plus a fuel charge? What's that? ALL of us have to endure the fuel charges! I can't tell my employer, I need to charge you more each day for me coming into work.
From what I've heard and actually used you before to clean my RV, I thought this was a highly respectable company, but I'm very dissapponted. I will be sharing this story with those I work with, attend church with and my neighbors.

I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the carpets after your treatment. Your technician killed some of my grass.
The gentleman that came to pick up our wool rugs was polite and well informed, explaining to us the procedure Zerorez uses for cleaning area rugs. We have not received the rugs back yet, but will in two weeks.

This was a follow-up call to clean two chairs still dirty after the initial cleaning. Thank you very much for coming back in an effort to get them clean.
We appreciate the courtesy and the professional manner in which your technicians conducted themselves. The disappointment was around the way the chairs were cleaned - probably should have been more communication about what was being done. The areas to be cleaned were on the backs of the chairs and when completed they were definitely so much cleaner. Unfortunately they also spent considerable energy and force cleaning the edges of the chairs, which were not really a problem. When completed the piping was damaged by the force and energy used in the cleaning. The technicians said it was that way before the cleaning - we say it was not. It is what it is, but more communication about the end goal and recognition that the edges and piping did not need cleaning would have been good.
Thank you again - the chairs are cleaner. We will use Zerorez again, we will just try to learn to be more specific about expectations - maybe your guys can learn too.
Our carpets look and smell wonderful. The job lived up to the commercial I heard on WRR radio. I was very pleased. I would also like to mention that Ricky, the technician, was courteous, professional, and on- time.
Our carpet and furniture looked great after! The guys who cleaned everything were very friendly, helpful and professional. Carpets didn't take a real long time to dry.
