Your carpet cleaning was on par with other carpet cleaning services, your tile/grout cleaning (especially your grout cleaning) was outstanding. The tech, especially your equipment, was successful in cleaning the grout I am very satisfied.

My carpets really look clean, it didn't take a long time and there is no after smell that smells like cleaner.

Arrived much later than originally estimated. Also, had to bring in electrician after the fact due to blown circuits.

No soapy residue left behind. The technicians were very polite and quick.

We unfortunately have some stains that have come back after only 2 days. We also did not receive our Fullers giftcard.

I have used Zerorez on several occassions and have always been pleased. However, this time was stellar! Cody was the technician, and he was fabulous. He was professional, extremely courteous, incredibly knowledgable and very proud to be working for Zerorez.
He used equipment I had never seen and removed stains that had been worked on previously but still existed. There was one high traffic area I knew would need to be recarpeted, but after he finished it truly looks like new. I give Zerorez ( and Cody)my highest recommendation!

I had you at my house a couple of times and it was awesome. The crew went over and above and got some serious issues out. I recommended you to my son's family and it was not good. He was left with spots after the first time -- after having to listen to the technician talk for over an hour before he started. The spots were still there and when another tech came back -- he said how terrible of a job it was and he would do better. I went two days later, and the spots were still there. Jody Dean says you get out paint and red wine? I think not. These spots were normal dirt from the seller that we bought the home from. I can probably get them out with Resolve. Also, I was quoted $247 when I set the job up. It was my housewarming gift to them, so I paid. The final bill was over $500 for the first trip. The second trip held another charge for $65. Really?

We have used y'all three times, the first and the last guy that came out was great. 2nd guy, we won't talk about. But the last guy ( last week,said he would send out someone to look at the water damage the 2nd guy did in my hall way. I told your technician that I was not expecting miracles in my den area since the carpet is as old and will be the next "update" we do to our home. But for now, I just wanted it cleaned best he could. My living room and dining room areas have much newer carpet than my den and I felt confident that your services would do a good job. What I did not expect was my HUSBAND'S reaction when he came home that evening. He is sort of a quiet person but he kept going on about how great the den looked---and it was then I could have kicked myself for not taking before and after photos. Today at work, I told 4 coworkers to contact you. I guarantee I will call you again.

This is my third time to use Zerorez & I find that I'm anxiety ridden and dred the sales pitch that I know is coming with the experience. This time I had pet stains from a new puppy and thought the upcharge was unjust and decided to skip it. I wished I had listened to the salesperson, but did not because of the un-needed up-charges presented the previous two times. Thanks for listening.

The representative explained what he would be doing each step of the way, he even took the time out to explain a stain that he might not be able to get out and why.
That was so helpful to me and believe it or not when the stain did not come completely out I was not upset because he had already took time to explain.

Carpet looked great, serviceman was very nice and did an excellent job!

Randy, the technician, was exceptionally professional. One of my rooms had been "violated" by two unruly cats (cat urine). After the Zerorez treatment, there was no trace of any residual odor from animal or from the chemicals I had used in my failed attempts at cleaning the carpet. The carpet is completely odorless and looks new.

The only thing is I never received a receipt via email like you said
