No chemicals
My carpet has been cleaned ($300) and the A/C system cleaned ($650) and the house still smells like dog.
Send staff that is still in training along with a mentor or at least all of the knowledge and chemicals to get the job done.
I love the fact that no chemicals are used in the carpet cleaning.

Furniture is clean and fresh after treatment. Quick drying with no sticky residue.
The carpets remained wet for 2 days and the house was a wreck for 2 days. I was trying to do something nice at home for my wife, but it backfired. Additionally, technician was unsure of counter top cleaning and it did not work. Technician had great effort and worked hard, but you have to consider results....
I was disappointed in the quote vs the actual cost. In the quote, the lady quoted it to be $99 for three rooms plus one free and $25 for the fifth room. Actually, we did not get an additional room free. It cost $99 for three rooms plus $25 each for the additional rooms.

I like the fact that you use hot water and are a green co. I have only been dissatified one time and that was August 2013,that was not a good experence and was charged $200.00 plus dollars by that tech.I tried to call and complain at that time but the girl on the phone would not listen to me so I told her to have a superviser call my husband, but no one ever did. I gave you another chance and got Colby for my tech. and he was great. He is a stand up guy and did a wonderful job and went above and beyond to make me happy. So i am glad I called agiain.

The carpets look great, and the technicians were friendly, professional and very helpful and informative about the issues faced with cleaning my carpet.
There was no odor to the carpet cleaning and the service got the carpets CLEAN! Michael, the service tech, was very courteous and informative.
I was not told that the pet treatment was extra before it was done. Specially at an initial $90 per room rate. I had to ask to be reduced and finally was told $70 per room. Thats is a substantial amount that needs to be talked about first. ($150+)
I called the next day and asked how much was it do pet treatment and the lady told me it was only $89 for both rooms NOT PER ROOM. So I feel completely taken advantage off, sold, tricked, and lied to. One of the rooms smells worst than it did before...i don't even know if pet treatment was applied to it. So now feel even more taken advantaged.
It would be great if I can get my extra money back that I paid above the normal rate for pet treatment for 2 rooms and if the room that pet treatment was charged for actually got pet treatment.
