your technician was less than pleasant. when someone hires you to clean their carpets - that means moving furniture and even putting the legs on plastic, etc..... he was in such a hurry and honestly my 14 year old vac's better than his effort. I had to physically move the furniture myself - he didn't lift one finger nor dust ruffle, etc. for the price of the service , i feel ripped off. Not to mention the fact that he had so much water on my tile floor that i slipped and fell and hurt my hip and knee. i still have stains on areas - i feel what you charge and what i received was not worth it at all. i have lived here 20+ years and have used several different companies, yet i tried you bc my neighbor referred you...your company flooded her upstairs.

I enjoyed how punctual and quick the employees were, as well as their willingness to give floor advise and demonstrate necessary products, free of charge. After I saw the demonstration, I was sold and purchased more knowing that it would make a difference.

I still have one dark spot on stairs that showed up after carpet dried. Other than that I like the concept of water and what the service man told us about carpet and soap.

The service men were very careful especially by my hardwood floors so no water would stay.

It was extremely effective, and the associates were very polite and knowledgeable (Chris & Paul).

I was quite astonished and very excited with how clean the guys got my carpets; they looked like new and made the whole house feel cleaner.

bedroom carpet doesn't look much better. It was supposedly sealed by zerorez last time it was cleaned. Waste of money to seal. Price way higher than expected.

Removed soap from my carpet

I have had my carpets cleaned on 10/7 by Zerorez & the job was well done. I have had Zerorez come out to clean my carpets before and the job was extremely good. This time around, the job was done well but not like before. I tech said that they used a different cleaning solutions from a hand-held bottle. The tech before was carrying the solution on his back and pretty much sprayed everywhere. I thing I noticed this time was that the areas that had stains ... the stains were cleared up but they also left a mild but very large halo of the stain. The carpet definitely looks clean but the halos of the stains are visible. I think the job was done well but I would like you guys come back out and re-clean some areas.

We HIGHLY recommend Zerorez! Fabian did an EXCELLENT job on cleaning our floors. Our home and carpet is 10 yrs old but he made it look like brand new... I wish I could post a picture of it on here but there is no place to attach one. Two of our friends would like to use Fabian and Zerorez next month!!!!

It's been a week since my carpet cleaning; and the carpets still look great.

Ted did an outstanding job. He is very knowledgable of his products and there uses.
He is a very hard worker. He did a Great job at our home.
We had just completed a partial remodel and the place was a construction mess.
Ted did a wonderful job on a rainy day. He worked through a lot of problems that were beyond his control.

the carpet was cleaned at 4pm but parts of it were still damp in the morning. A couple spots by the master bed I asked to be removed are still there. The carpet feels 'hard' like it had not been cleaned. Additionally, I had my tile/grout cleaned. A couple tiles now have small holes on them. I am not sure what is in the chemicals used but I am not happy about that. I spent $900 for the cleaning and a cleaning system that was just delivered a couple days ago. I do not feel like I got $900 worth of clean. I purchased for $120 the additional cleaning fluids/system for maintenance in my home. I have not opened it; I would like to return it for a refund.

I like the results and the gentleman that cleaned my carpets was extremely professional, courteous and hardworking. He took time to discuss my needs and I felt comfortable with his recommendations. I was extremely impressed and am a repeat customer.

I like that zerorez does not use chemicals.

To me, you all engage in false advertising. You advertise that you will pre-treat, clean and sanitize 4 rooms for 99.00. Then, you get out there and that's not the case. Since I have pets you tack on an additional 250.00. So, 380.00 later.....that's BS.

last Friday you dispatched a technician by the name of Tanner Coughlin. Tanner told me that he was relatively new with the organization, but he hit the ground running. He was kind, professional, and seemed to be highly educated about the different services you have to offer. I have had you out to do your magic on my carpets on a number of occasions and Tanner has been the shining star. I will be using your services again and would like to request Tanner in advance. Provide the service that is advertised for the price. I almost felt that my carpets were not going to be CLEAN unless I agreed to purchasing the solution to kill the bacteria which doubled the cost for me. Also, I feel like the employee knew the business but I could tell he wasn't feeling up to par and I wonder about the service he performed. I question how clean my carpets really are.

Great job. No high pressure sales.
