Chris Rivas was our technician and he was WONDERFUL. He worked so hard and made our carpets look soooo good. I've been wanting to have my tile cleaned and after talking to Chris we decided to have it done the same day. Chris cleaned and sealed our tile and it looks like it did when we moved in 9 years ago. He was such a nice person and did such a great job. ZEROREZ is awesome and Chris made it a very special experience. Thanks Chris. We are very pleased.
Our tech, Micheal, was extremely professional. He went above and beyond what was expected. Our carpets haven't looked this good since we moved in.

Prompt response; we schedule in the morning and service was performed later the same day. The technician was very knowledgeable; pricing was fair. The guys were in/out of the house in less than 1 1/2 hours, and there were no chemical smells left over. We were about to replace carpets when we decided to try Zerorez as a long shot to get them clean. Will, the Zerorez technician was very efficient and did a wonderful job on my carpets. I used the promotion for $89 and although I was asked if I wanted a stain resistant protection, there was not problem when I declined. I appreciate not being pushed into something I do not want. Will took good care of me and in the future I will request him again!

The carpet looked and smelled very clean. The service men were very helpful and respectful.
I like the professionalism and friendliness of the associate and how my carpets are so clean! No harsh chemicals or smells and the price was right. The first time I used ZeroRez, the associate seemed to get more stains out in the high traffic areas and the second time I was hoping for the same result. He treated those spots but they didn't seem as clean as the first time
I am concerned with the fact that I have had an issue since the first cleaning on December 20, 2013 and as of today it is still not resolved. I can not in good faith recomend a company that I have no resolve with.
I have used several cleaning services in the past. Each time, the representative would hurry through the process, and barely answer my questions. I had a totally different experience with Zerorez! The representative informed me upfront that his job was not done until I was satisfied and all my questions answered! I am EXTREMELY satisfied and all of my questions were answered. I have told my family and friends about the service that I received !
It's truly amazing how my carpets go from looking like I should just get new carpet to looking like it IS new carpet. From the people in the office to the gentlemen that perform the service, Zerorez is nothing but courteous and professional.

In my opinion, the "pet" stain charges of $60 per room to treat a few pet stains in each room were excessive as well as the $25 charge to clean a small walk-in closet. I like the way Zerorez cleans the carpets, but I felt the "add-on charges" were excessive.
We had had our carpets cleaned 5 years prior, and were worried that all of our stains and grime would not be removed on the first cleaning. You proved us wrong!!! Thank you.

They take their time to explain the process and all that's related in a patient and kind way that is not condescending to the customer. Carpet is clean, vewry clean!!! Even the spots that other carpet cleaners could not get out, are gone!!! And there is no chemical smell of any kind.
