The staff that came to our home, Dan and Brandon, were very professional, and their work was effective. I was shocked to see 10+ year old pet stains disappear!
I like that your system cleans very well, leaving the carpet looking SO MUCH better ( mine happens to be older carpet), and uses no soap or chemicals. Your technicians are always very courteous and seem to be thorough. I definitely would use your service again. Thank you.
Knowledgeable, competent technician who performed satisfactory work, gave us tips and explained other services available. The services are not "cheap" but are reasonable and a good value. The carpet and house feel clean and fresh.

I have a call into one of the supervisors. Long story short, They were scheduled to be at my house between 4-6pm. I called three times to find out where they were starting at 5:40 (told 15-20 minutes away), 6:30 (told they were 15-20 minutes away and they had to dispatch a new truck) and then again at 7:20 (received voicemail because after hours even though I was told they were there until 8). Received a call from the tech about 7:40 telling me that he was 10 minutes away. Finally showed up at 8 and told me that the first truck got lost, so he just went back to the office. I never received a call from anyone telling me either 1) they were on the way 2) they were running late, or 3) were lost and needed directions. Either way, they were cleaning the carpets until 10:30pm and I took off work and lost money for time that I didn't even need to take off apparently. I called Thomas yesterday to discuss my dissatisfactory experience and was told that he was going to talk to a manager and get back to me by 5pm on 10/31/13...never received a call and still haven't at this point. I paid $330 and quite frankly don't think it was worth it with all the trouble that I went through. I went off a personal referral from several family members, but don't know how this happened to be the worst experience ever.

My rooms smelled so clean after the carpets were shampooed. I was also unaware of the amount of pet urine in the carpets.

I've used Zerorez 3 times and will continue to use them every time I need my carpets cleaned. I had a problem with pet odor and the pet treatment they used took away the smell! The staff is always friendly as are the techs who come out to your house. And my carpets look brand new after they leave.

First, let me say, we vacuumed the carpets thoroughly before the technician arrived. All items on the floor that weren't 'light furniture' we either picked up or understood that they would not be moved. No problem. The technician arrived timely and worked diligently. The carpets were good and clean, at least where he went over them. However, I thought your proposal/advertising said your technicians would move light furniture. That did not happen. For instance, in the upstairs bedrooms, there are built-in desks. A rolling office chair was pushed in under the desk and you could clearly see that the treatment stopped at where the chair was. All over the house, it was obvious that the treatment stopped wherever there was any thing on the floor. "Light furniture' was not touched. It would have been so easy to pull out those chairs for instance and clean under the desks, but he did not. Finally, when the technician got here, he pushed an 'enzyme' treatment on my wife that ended up costing an extra $20/room. This service was not mentioned with me when we scheduled the appointment. So, it was a surprise to my wife when it was brought up and she felt like it was something she was pressured into doing. I don't mind you upselling, but do it on the front end when we make the appointment. This really bothered me. So, while the carpets, where they were treated were good and clean, we still felt a little bit taken advantage of. This was the first time we had used your firm and we called based on your advertising on KRLD. We will see how the cleaning holds up to determine whether we will recommend zerores to others; and if we do, we will give them some cautionary advice. And, the next time we call for service, if there is a next time, we will be a little smarter about being clear on up-front expectations with you. Hope this advice helps your business.
The cleaner was extremely professional and helpful. However, the cost was much higher than I anticipated and the smell has come back a week later.
The price of the service was fairly costly.
Also tile was not cleaned up to the wall- i have small black stripes around the walls where the tile should have been cleaned
They are safe and no chemicals and junk left in the carpet to attract more dirt and grime back into your carpet smells clean when they are done. I was wondering I didn't get my Fullers gift card for having my carpets cleaned with you and I was wondering how I get that

My carpets always look great after they have been done. Although this time I had a issue with the young man that came here. He did a great job on the carpets but, when he was doing the upstairs bedroom that had never been done before he said their was cat urine, I know the cat has never urinated in there but the dog had. He presented the pet care, I told him I had heard of it but I did not want it in this bedroom. He said I would have to sign a waiver for the room, I agreed to do so. A few minutes later he tried to push this product and even after me saying more than a few times he persisted to where I became very upset. I asked him what his supervisors name was and he said Shae. I called right than and there and left a message with Catherine, I explained to her exactly what transpired and asked her to have a supervisor/manager call me. (I still have not been called). The young man continued to clean the carpets and they appear to look good. When he finished, he came to me and apologized. I told him I felt badgered to take the treatment even after I had agreed to sign off on it in this bedroom. He explained to me that their training tells them that even through they do an initial walk through and explain about the if warranted. Even if the customer declines they should start the cleaning and bring the customer to see where the spots are once the cleaning has begun. As a customer if I have told the man that I understand about the treatment and agree to sign off on it, that there should be no further discussion on the matter. This is where the problem between him and I started. I do not like to be badgered. A young man named Kermit came by for a hose it seems and the three of us had this conversation. Kermit said indeed that is what they are trained to do.
End result he did clean the carpets but, this made my experience not as pleasurable as in the past. I cannot blame the young man if this is what he is trained to do.. I do put blame on the management for training them to badger the customer to get a treatment the consumer has already declined.
I do love how the carpets look and feel after this cleaning.

Get your act togather! You said the man would be here between 11 am and 1 pm. and you would call 30 minutes before he arrived. There was no call at all, and he showed up at 10:30 am but on the correct day.
the tech.did a great job answering all my questions. he was very up on the product .my wife was happy and impressed with the carpet when she got home from work.
