Services: how friendly and helpful the technicians are about providing service. (It is helpful when they take their paper shoe covers with them and don't leave them in a wad on my front porch). :)
I had old red wine stains from a renter that had been cleaned and remained and Zerorez took it all out - I am so thrilled I will not have to give a carpet allowance or replace carpet when I put my home on the market.
My only complaint would be pricing.

They moved couches/chairs and cleaned underneath. Made a big difference.
The 2 guys that came worked well as a team.
Our floors look so much better except for the grout that could not be reached by the buffer/machine (under the kitchen/bathroom cabinets). These areas would be best cleaned by using a brush by hand.
You did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets and have wonderful people to work with!
I was never told you didn't move furniture so I moved my furniture while your guy stood there and watched me....total shame on him, and NONE of my stains came out, not that the tech tried.

I still need my quote
I was talked into and paid $150 more to get the pet urine smell out of a section of my carpet. Less than 24 hours later I smell it again.
