Its doesnt take long to dry and it cleans very well
I like it that the carpet is clean and it dries quickly.
This is my second time to use Zerorez because I like the way our carpets look after they are cleaned and the technicians have always been polite and professional.
Ron was the best. He cleaned everything above our expectations. He also helped us with coupon info I could not access because your web site is not working. Because of how much we thought of his service we scheduled a duct cleaning for next week.

I do not enjoy your appointment process, very rude, This is the 3rd time I have used your service and all 3 times person on phone was rude and in a hurry, all your service people have been great, will more than likely try another company next time, this time eas a touch up only hall and 1 room and had to pay for full service.

Promptness, quality people and good cleaning
I have used zerorez several times and they are the only company that I will use to have my carpets cleaned. The are very professional and my carpet looks brand new every time and feels brand new. It is dry in a very short time and it doesn't get dirty as fast as with other carpet cleaning companies. I can tell the difference now from the other companies because of the way my carpet feels after they clean it. It feels cleaner!!!!!I will always use zerorez and recommend them to anyone I know.

It is green. We had pet issues and they were able to remove the pet stains and all the odor.And my technician was fantastic.

The gentlemen were extremely professional and very, very efficient in cleaning our carpets. We have used Zerorez before, and just find their services be above reproach. Daniel was terrific, and the young man with him was also very efficient. Thank you!

The technician was very efficient in his duty. The carpet is as new again; over a month later and the carpet still looks like it was just cleaned. Zeorrez will have all my carpet business from now on.

Your products are superb. However, it is your personnel that take your company to a different level. Tanner took the time to spend ten minutes with us to explain about stains that we had and the options we had. All in all, it was a great experience and Tanner should be commended for his hard work and professionalism. We will use Zerorez and request Tanner.
