I appreciated them coming on very short notice.
Like the cleaning job, nicely done and took time. However, I was quota a price for living room, bedroom and hall, after the tech came raise the price bc "he said the living room was oversized". Never was it mentioned about room size when I was quota a price. Not too
mention we had completed remove ALL the furniture ourselves, make it very easy to just clean!
The great look of the carpet. also you're representative was very courtious and efficiant.

In one of the bedrooms, there are still spots and stains and the carpet was still damp 3 days later in places! If the technician believed that the stains would still be there after the carpet dried, he should have explained that to me. It actually looks like nothing has been done to that area of the carpet. Also, I had to point out to the technician the visible spots on the living room carpet...he didn't notice them. I've used Zerorez 3 times now and every time it is significantly more expensive than I planned it to be and the results are not "fabulous" as your ads promote. I probably won't use you again unless I am certain I can actually pay $89 plus tax. Also, I think the fact that you advertise a $100 gift card to Fuller's Jewelry and then the customer has to call the home office for it is "bait and switch" advertising. If you trust your employees, they should have those cards with them.
Very much appreciate the no residues left behind cleaning methods. Also appreciate the company customer service spirit.

The guys worked hard to get the stains out and were unable to get some out but they tried.
strains that came back with other carpet cleaners were removed & never came back..I would never use anyone else!

I expected to be dazzled based on your radio ads. At this point your service appears to be good but I am not sure that it will last any longer than the previous carpet cleaners we used.Your service is pretty pricey for average cleaning.
