My carpets don't have all that residue of soap or whatever they use from the other places. I may get more spots but, they are not the same ones coming back.

No chemicals left in carpet

After hearing about Zerorez on the radio, I decided to give it you guys a shot when we moved into our new home. We scheduled the cleaning for the day before moving in so that everything would be ready before we loaded in. We were given a window during which the technician would arrive. When no one arrived within the window, I called in to touch base. The person I spoke to was unhelpful and told me that I was given a window but that they couldn't guarantee the tech would arrive within that time. He also said that I had been told that I would be contacted 30 minutes prior to arrival, and since they hadn't called yet, I shouldn't have felt the need to wait around the house for the tech. The disagreement escalated from there. I will admit that I lost my temper. However, I still hold that if I'm told a tech will arrive within a window, a tech should arrive within that window. In any case, our appt started almost an hour after the end of the window I was given. In addition to this, when I scheduled the appt., I told the scheduler that I needed three rooms cleaned, as well as my stairs and the landing at the top of the stairs. I was told that the three rooms would cost $89, the stairs would be charged a price per riser, and that the landing could be done for free as a "test area," because most techs wanted to test the process first. When our tech arrived, I was told that the landing would actually be charged to me. Finally, we paid extra money to have some pet stains and odor removed from the previous owners' pets. I specifically told the tech that I was considering replacing the carpets if he didn't think he could get everything out. He assured me that he could get everything out using the pretreatment and Zerorez empowered water. It looked a lot better after the cleaning, but some of the main pet stains resurfaced within days, and the odor is back. So now, I'm looking at replacing the carpet again, but I'm out all of the extra money spent. My $89 carpet cleaning turned into an expensive fiasco. I'm pretty disappointed...

I think Zerorez really cleaned my carpet. they done much better job than other companies I used before.

The Zerorez worker (I'm so sorry I have forgotten his name) was SO polite and professional. We appreciated him very much. We have a misbehaving dog who had peed in two rooms and the worker was able to show us exactly where and how to fix it. The smell is completely gone and we have Zerorez to thank!

How clean things are after the cleaning.

No chemicals, no smell. Carpets look great. I had a lot of dog related stains and although they were not able to get ALL of it out, the carpets still look 100% better. In all honesty, it is MY fault for not having you out sooner.

My carpet was not done to my satisfaction. I asked for someone to redo my carpet and when he showed up, he gave me excuses as to why it still smelled and didn't do anything to resolve the situation. I moved all of my furniture out of the way for no reason at all. It was a complete waste of time, money and energy.

I also never received an invoice after asking for one on two separate occasions. Yet somehow, I've received this survey. Horrible customer service!

That your product is environmental friendly and the service is the best. The guys are always courteous and do a very thorough job each time they come to clean my carpet. I also like the 30 day guarantee.

Technnician Keith demonstrated professionalism, knowledge and ability to clean carpet. He also followed my requests not to get too close to some older pieces of furniture.

Not using soaps or chemicals is miles ahead of our previous service. Carpet stays cleaner longer. No odd smells either. Confident carpet is safe for pets and people alike.

It is safe for my kids and pets

This was our first time to use Zerorez and we were very pleased with the entire service provided. The carpets look good and the chemical smell that normally exist after carpets are cleaned was non existent.
