I like the convenience of setting up the appointment and getting a 2 hour window. I also really appreciate the call from dispatch when the tech is on the way. My tech arrived when they said he would and was in and out very quickly. I was very pleased with the way the carpets looked and he even got out some old stains that I thought were permanent.

No soap residue/

Give ACCURATE information when selling the service. We were told that our furniture would be moved, but once the man arrive, he said he was not allowed to move the furniture. I am disabled, so it was major hassle.
Also, the original appointment we set up was not honored, and the appointment we received was the last one of the day, around 6 pm.

We expected the carpet and couch to be dry in 4-6 hours but it has been 24 hours and still have wet areas!
The couch didn't turn out as good as we thought but it is 5 years old. The carpets do look great though!
