If the appointment had been as originally scheduled or if there had even bothered to leave a message. I was in my backyard when the call came through and didn't know I had missed it until 3 hours later when I called to understand where the technician was.

The job was well done! I had two rooms (den & hall) that had terrible pet stains and they are gone. The formal living room was also well done -- I just question that I needed a "pet stain treatment" in that room for an additional $60.

I have been waiting for a call from a Supervisor or Manager for the last service I received. I was a customer of a BAIT AND SWITCH service that Cody (the service tech) offered. I spoke with a person by the name of Edwin that same day who advised a Re-Do, that a Supervisor would come out to correct the situation and/or a partial refund. Instead Cody, (the tech) was sent back out to my residence. I TRIED to explain my issue about the Pet Service and my dissatisfaction but Cody simply argued that he did what he offered and continued to ARGUE. His attitude and his arrogance was not only offensive but intolerable. This is NOT what I consider to be good Customer Service. I want to be reimbursed for the pet part off the service. As I tried to advise Cody that I was not trying to be unfair and that I would accept a partial refund because part of the service was in fact performed. He snickered and grinned and stated he could or would not accept responsibility. I am POSITIVE that he did not relay this message or I feel that someone would have already contacted me.

Your technician was very professional and very helpful--perhaps one of the best we have had so far!! He did a great job and we still love the work he did.

Prompt service; lots of prep info; cleaner results than ever & no soap or detergent; Randy was excellent.

Was able to get service scheduled quickly in advance of holidays. Service tech as nice. Communications were good, frequent, and clear. Results were excellent and revitalized our 17 yr old carpet!

rugs look clean as can be expected. wish you could have done more with the dark dirt around the perimeter edges.

Chris Rivis was our tech and he did a wonderful job of explaining how the products were. He showed when he cleaned one small spot vs. those that were still dirty. The difference was astounding.

Excellent job by our service technician not only with the carpet cleaning but also with the carpet stretching in our bedroom area. we have used zeroez in the past and you have done the best job then any other carpet cleaning company. We will definitly use your service in the future.

They work!

Needs to be as advertised. As i mentioned before. If it's only in the walking paths, then it needs to be told that way. My carpet had to be redone and I was pleased the second time.The first time it was rushed and the tech didn't even move a throw pillow that had fallen off the bed. Just cleaned up to and around. I didn't ask him to move a single thing, but i sure thought i should'nt have had to request the pillow be moved. But the next cleaning the following week was great and things were moved and cleaned thoroughly. The dinning room chairs were moved and under the table was cleaned. I appreciate a tech the second time, that cleaned my carpets. Redoing was a nice thing for the co. to do. Thank You Very much.

Etched bathroom floors, appointment with the person to come look at them was 11/2 hours late, the next appointment showed up only to look and have never heard back from anyone. They also damaged rugs but took them and have not heard back from anyone on those so don't know if I will ever get them back. You seem very disorganized and my time means very little to you! I am calling BBB tomorrow.
