The worker did a great job cleaning the carpet. The problem was he parked the truck in our driveway and it ran during the carpet cleaning. After he left I noticed a large oil stain where the truck was parked. We will use your service again but fix the oil leak or park on the street.

Anthony (which cleaned my carpet) was extremely helpful, friendly, and educational .There wasn't a place to express such comments with a one question survey so it might have looked like a complaint only. I am very please with the work and the company. I had misunderstood the pricing of pet treatment for two room and given that there was a small for 5 days after the cleaning I was starting to doubt the service. Now educated that its what might happen, understand better. The smell is gone and the carpet cleaning was a great help. I guess to improve it to an 90-100% clean carpet I need a new carpet. So my expectations are better.

The smell in the carpet was not completely removed, but I do appreciate the tremendous effort that was made. I don't know what you pay Thomas, but it is not enough.

On another note, I own several rental properties in MckInney and Allen, and plan to use you everytime a tennant moves out. I wish you had some sort of frequent user discount.

No harsh chemicals and friendly staff.

I was very impressed by how clean Zerorez got my carpets- which were in absolutely dismal condition when they arrived. I have four kids and two dogs-I thought that my carpet was a lost cause, but Zerorez pulled off the impossible. The technician that came to my home was very friendly, professional, courteous and knowledgable. I was intrigued to discover that Zerorez uses no soaps to clean carpets, but rather ionized water and steam, which leaves no residue...hence the name-Zerorez. No residue means nothing left behind to dry up, get sticky and attract more dirt. Zerorez was refered to me by a friend, and I will be refering my friends to them from now on

my appointment time was 4pm and they called me at 9:30am telling me they would be there in 30min I freaked out so they said 11am...I rushed home and they werent there until 1pm ...I lost my whole day ...it was rainy out side and it took over 24 hours to dry...Im ok with it...but I wouldnt tell someone else to pay 250.00 just because your pet friendly

Everything was almost perfect. The only problem was the corners and the areas around the perimeters of the walls. The old dust and dirt seem to collect there and the process did improve it but it seems like for the price we paid it should have been better.

The customer service was excellent and the gentleman Andrew was phenomenal. He did so much and really worked hard with a very close eye to detail. He really put out so much effort. I did not know how much work goes into cleaning floors. This company is far superior in professionism as well as performance. The end result was stellor. (besides the perimeter and corners but Andrew also put alot of effort in pleasing us) We were also impressed that he let us know about your other services and some extras that could add a lot of benifit to the cleaning and sanitizing.
Work performance and friendly service with the added work ethic Andrew carried out I would give Zerorez a 10!
