friendly technicians, superior product, double brush
The job was done RIGHT! I could not have recieved a better cleaning from any other company in the business. The maintenance man, Ron, cleaned my home like it was his own. The cost was more than reasonable and the results were much higher than expected. Thank you, vdery much!!!

I had cleaning done twice in the last few weeks through your commercial department. Both times I was told I would get a call back that day, but did not. I had to call back the next day after not hearing from the representative.

I am please with the cleaning my carpets received, however I was SHOCKED when I was made aware of the cost for the treatment for pet stains. I did not get this information until the technician was at my house, and the original cost was quoted at $100.00 per room shocked me. The price was cut to $100 for all 3 rooms, but that even seems excessive, especially not having been informed of this cost before the technician arrived.

Also, find a way to get the hard-to-reach places along wall edges and in corners.
The carpet looks and feels great and so far the stains have not reappeared. The technicians were great and did a good job. Quick and efficient!

Provide the price per square foot to re-stretch carpet on first phone call. I was given the price once the tech was on site. I found it quite pricey, however, I had already moved things out of the rooms and wasn't in a position to deny your price. I would have been inconvenienced another day to get someone else out to do the work. Overall, the tech was very efficient and I am pleased with the job...just felt I overpaid for the stretching!

The Carpet looked great. I also had you clean my ducts and tile in my kitchen. Your representative was extremely cordial and helpful in making the decision to have the work done. He acted very business like and should be commended on his work ethic and his salesmanship as well. I was very pleased with the results and will recommend the Company to others that have the need to have their carpet and/or ducts cleaned.
Suggesion: You should add window cleaning inside and out along with wood floor cleaning. That way you will have covered everything that the inside of a house would need. I had this work done to have the house ready to be leased. Thanks again for all of your good work.
