PLUS YOU HICKED THE PRICE UP FROM $88 TO $119 OVER THE WEEKEND. PLUS $10 SUR CHARGE FOR GAS?

Fast service, friendly service people and very clean carpets!!!
Easy to schedule. The crew called to check if ok to come early, they were very courteous, gave detailed information about what they were doing, answered all my questions. They wore booties on their shoes, the cleaned up after themselves. He quoted me a price at the beginning and stuck to it. We will definately have you back again.
Removed the dark soiled spots and really cleaned the carpet. My carpet is soft and not matted down anymore.
I like the fact there is no soap , seems to be a great process for extracting and cleaning

Got the carpet very clean without any left over smell.
Your cleaning products that Paul Jacobs used from Zerorez were very "pet friendly" and we could not even notice on our home carpet (in several different rooms) where the pet stains and dirt had been located on our carpets. Paul Jacobs did an outstanding job of cleaning our carpets, couch and chairs. Our carpets and our furniture look just like new again. We can easily understand why Dave Ramsey highly recommends using Zerorez. We now also highly recommend using Zerorez. Thanks again for an excellent cleaning job completed in our home. Very expensive, our bill was over $700 for 4 rooms. We could almost buy new carpet for that price

The carpet didn't look much different. The nap was not pulled up much, and all he wanted to do is try to sell me more services. He spent more time trying to talk me into cleaning my tile then doing a good job on my carpet.
The service was well done. My niece walked into my house today and commented "you have new carpet."
The serviceman was courteous, polite, and he knew what he was doing.

No residue. Used Zerorez, but then used Stanley Steamer. Their soap residue attracted dirt and our carpets looked terrible. Justin, our Zerorez technician, did a wonderful job. I didn't think our carpet could be saved, but he did it. Very pleased!
I'm really unhappy with myself for letting myself get talked into a $420 pet treatment. It all looked good while it was still wet, but a lot of the stains came back that very evening. Your guy said there was a guarantee good for 30 days. When can you come try again? Name removed Phone number removed
More clarity on your pricing. The quote on the phone was 3 rooms for $99 plus the hall with the WBAP discount. I didn't ask (should have)or know the next 3 rooms were $135 till I paid. Your web site and radio advertising are very clear about problem areas staying clean. Your technician was not totally in agreement with your advertising. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of your technician, he did an awesome job, and the carpets look nearly new!!! Time will tell if the extra cost over your competition is worth it.
