I will have to see how it holds up to know. I was surprised by how wet the carpet was when finished.

I like the fact that there is no residual odor> I have asthma and that is one of my biggest triggers. Also the fact that it does not leave a lot of moisture behind. I was not hear while they did it as I was not sure about the smell. My husband was very impressed with Cesar Sierra the tech that cleaned the carpet. He said he had a great personality and seemed to know what he was doing. We had two stained areas that he took extra time with and they look great. My husband said it was so nice to have someone come into our home that took pride in what he was doing and did not mind explaining the procedure and visit. I will definitely use you again and recommend you.

The service provider took the time to understand what we needed and what the trouble areas were from. The results of the cleaning were that 99% of the areas that had stains were gone, even some really old stains that other cleaning companies could not get out.
Not charge so much to treat pet odors. $60 a room is excessive!

Luke was on time to the minute of his projected arrival. He was very informative as to what he would be doing and the areas that might prove problematic. He answered all of my questions. He was also very understanding about the three nervous cats.

I like the fact that carpet cleaning kills bacteria and sanitizes. My carpet feels squeaky clean! I always recommend Zerorez to my friends. Also, Joshua, who cleaned the carpet was personable and provided a lot of information on the cleaning.
