A couple of spots seemed rough after cleaning that wasn't that way before. Almost like something didn't get rinsed completely. Other than that I was very satisfied.

Today is Sunday & the carpet in my dining room is still wet after being cleaned on Thursday afternoon. I have had a fan on it trying to dry it out with windows & doors open. It should have been dried no later than Friday afternoon as the weather has been nice & warm. I am not happy about the situation especially since the cleaning cost me over $300. When the carpet was cleaned in September, I feel I received a better cleaning job and the carpet was dry in several hours. The next time my carpets need to be cleaned I will probably use another company to do the job. Name removed
The area rug that was cleaned and treated for pet odor still remains outside because the treatment did not get rid of the horrible smell. I was told that it would not be a problem .. I would either like my $85.00 back or someone to come out to my house again and try to see if there's something else that can be done so I can bring this area rug into my home and enjoy it.

The technician did a very good job in all things except one. Two couches in my living room had wooden legs with a metal disk in the middle of each. We discussed these and I wanted to move them into the vestibule but was assured that he would cover each leg so as not to ruin the legs or stain the carpet. We he must have forgotten and now I have four rust dots on my carpet. My other concern is that your machines, when they came into my home, we less than clean. I would have expected a clean and sanitized machine to touch my carpets. Not one that looked filthy.

The carpet gets clean! Every technician that has come has been nice, polite, and efficient. They come in, assess the situation, get to work. Payment was a breeze.

The quality of the cleaning
I got an appointment quickly and they were here on time. They were friendly and helpful, both on the phone and the tecnition who did the job.
Our carpets look great now, but it took nearly 5 days for them to dry completely so that we could move our furniture back in. That is our only complaint-- other than that, the service was friendly and we were happy with the cleanliness of the carpets.

It would have been helpful to have known in advance that your process could possibly cause the carpet to wrinkle; however, the quick response was appreciated. The carpet looks really good after it was re-stretched.
I felt that Zero Rez was more concerned about their schedule than my schedule. They kept calling trying to change the arrival time. Also the ninety nine dollar charge to clean one small room was to me excessive. The job was done adequately and I like the zero residue concept.
You advertise a great product and y'all delivered! The technician was great! He explained everything to me he was going to from start to finish awesome SERVICE!!!

Service was great. Carpet and stairs look like new. We also ask the tech about cleaning dryer vent, he was able to do it while he was here and did a great job.
