How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I booked 3 rooms for 99.00 and when the Zerorez carpet cleaner came to our house, he led my husband to believe that it would cost $100 more to do a pet care and scotch guard, $346.00 later, I am left wondering what the heck happened. I have spoken to Brad at customer service, who was supposed to get back to us today, Monday, November 18th, but we haven't heard from him. Supposedly my husband was supposed to sign something to accept the $346.00 charges, but he did not sign anything, and as I said, was under the impression that it would cost an additional $100. And to top it off, we weren't even given the 3 rooms for $99.00. Is there a disconnect with the person who makes the appt with us and the actual technician? Or does the upselling trump anything discussed over the phone? I loved your service the first time I used you, but I am very disappointed this time and feel like we were scammed. Name removed

I have used your service several times and been very pleased, but the tech on this last visit was not as professional as previous visits. He was unable to clean a heavy traffic area. The drying time was several hours, in the past it was less than an hour.

Fresh smell and stains that were removed that I have tried to clean for months. The carpet also feels very soft unlike the stiff feel left by other companies. Your service tech was very professional and explained each procedure of your cleaning process. My carpet is 19 years old and it looks like NEW!!! I have already recommended your company to friends getting ready for the holidays.

Well the service was great but I was surprised by the price. The deal we called about was three rooms for $89 NOT $99 and we knew nothing about a fuel charge so this promotion cost us $20 more than we expected.

I am very pleased with the carpet cleaning results. I felt the hall rug would be the challenge and it came out clean. I was surprised and very happy. As for the service, the technician was great; very, very knowledgeable about what he was doing and why, and explained alot of things. I will definitely use Zerorez again in the future.

My original appointment was at 4-6:30pm Friday evening. No one showed up even after I called and followed up at 5:45pm. I left two voice mails and no one called me back. I called Saturday morning, 10 minutes after when your business is suppose to open. No one was at office. At 8:45am, I was able to get a rep. No explanation was provided for no show previous day and I was told they will come between 1-4:30pm. We waited till 5pm. No one showed up. We called and was told our work order was closed and credit card was charged. This is the worst service I've ever experienced. Then we were told they will come at 5:30. Thank God, this time, they came. They spent about two hours to clean the carpet. Because they did the job so late, my carpet was not dry till Sunday afternoon. This company was not organized properly. I wasted half day vacation I took on Friday. My kids gave up their activity because we had to stay home to waite for the service which did not shown up. It was a miserable experience.

Very satisfied with how well the carpet and tile cleaned since it has not been professionally cleaned in over 6 years. The service was great Jonas was our tech and he was great! He answered all our questions quickly with no hesitation. We will defiantly us zerores again and will be asking for Jonas also if that is possible.

I did want to say that I was told that I was going to receive a certificate for $100 to the jewelry store you have been advertising. I DID NOT RECEIVE THIS.

First, I will say ya'll did a great job with the carpets! However, what I didn't like was how deceiving your advertising is. There are too many hidden fees you're not told about up front. The extra fees I paid for were more than what I agreed to pay initially, making my total cost more than double what I was expecting to pay. In my case, I paid an extra cost for "over sized" rooms & pet treatment. Personally, I would rather know the cost up front than get hit with added costs the day of the cleaning. I also never received the Fuller's gift card I was promised. It just didn't leave me with a good feeling for the company. Honesty is important!

The representative was very friendly and not pushy. He explained the options available to us and let us make the decision of the best way to treat our area rug. He was very professional, courteous and did a great job cleaning our rug.
