Friendly techs and excellent cleaning
My 17 year old carpets look brand new after cleaning. Also you have removed 2 stains that in my opinion were there for good.

Rugs don't look clean. Personnel were rude and not helpful. I was put on hold many times and had to keep calling back. Did not get an adequate response until my husband called the following day and spoke to a manager, who was very helpful and agreed to have someone come and pick up our rugs and have them re-cleaned. I could not, in good conscience, recommend your company to someone.

My carpet is 13 years old. Five children and three dogs are on it constantly. Zerorez has never failed to bring them back to almost new. I have used you many times and I recommend you to all my friends.
Zerorez has cleaned our carpet numerous times and each time I am more impressed with both the cleanliness of the carpets and the employees. Ron Self was our technician this time and I plan on requesting him each time we use your company. He was courteous and the attention to detail he gave our carpet was greatly appreciated.
