Some spots on rug took about a day to dry. Office personnel did not listen to my request to have people come after 1 as I had a class-I kept getting calls trying to move it up which was annoying. I had been impressed last year with your service-not so much this year.

Almost everything. Joshua was very nice and explained everything clearly. Although, I asked how long it would take for the carpet to dry, was told most of it would be dry in four hours. The places that needed more cleaning would be longer. It's over 24 hours later and no part of the carpet is dry yet. I plan on waiting another 24 hours to be sure the carpet is dry before I move my furniture back. So, basically, I was disappointed in not getting a more appropriate wait time on the drying time of carpets .
There are many spots remaining on my carpet. I was advised by Joe, the technician that examined my carpet, that an additional treatment (to the tune of $300), would clean the padding and that I would not need to replace the padding or the carpet. I did mention that during my initial call and discussion with Thomas, Thomas advised me that although the carpet would be clean, the padding would have to be replaced. When I mentioned this to Joe, he said that was incorrect. I did not expect this to be a $500 job, but considering the cost of new carpet I thought this was a good option. Now, I very well may have clean padding, but do not have a clean carpet. I am very disappointed. How can you make things right? You can get rid of the stains or give me a refund. Zerorez was highly recommended by a close friend and that makes my experience that much more disappointing.

Professional technicians and quality of work
At first I was a little skeptical, but I decided to give your service a try. I am so glad I did. The carpets now are the cleanest they've been. I am very impressed.
Our carpet is less than 2 yrs. old. I was surprised how quickly the traffic patterns (near doorway openings) returned. I understand that the enzyme treatment used to treat pet odor (in one room only) is not guaranteed. But it was ineffective. The smell (vomit) quickly returned. I am pleased however, to know that the process is green and clean. And the few stains we had came out easily. Also, I haven't received my $50 restaurant gift certificate. And I was hoping to take my husband to dinner for his birthday, which is Monday.
My Technician Ron was very informative about the zerorez process, what he was doing, and what was going on with my carpet.
Did not show up on second trip to replace pad and clean carpet. The next morning they were almost 2 hrs late. They knew I had
an appointment and so had to rush to clean carpet. Randy said he would come
back and re-clean the carpet at no charge because they ran out of
time. If they had arrived at 8am like scheduled, they would
have had time to clean it properly.
Technician was very professional, did not try to sell me unneeded services and my carpets look wonderful.

Friendly and personable technician

Give a closer time schedule - would be about all I would recommend. They did a very good job and I would recommend Zerorez to friends. My carpet looks nearly new again.
