Very efficient & did a great job
This is the second time I have used Zerorez and what I like is that your technician explained everything and while it ended up to be nearly $400 as opposed to the $99 for 3 rooms I have originally planned to do, it was my choice to go with more services. But mainly, I like the way the carpet looks and feels after it has completely dried. What I have figured out is that when I replace the carpet I have now, I won't wait so long to have it cleaned and then I'll be able to take advantage of the $99 deal at least twice a year and keep the carpets looking good.

No residue, special water, mostly the wonderful technician who came. He explained everything and answered all questions and then some!
The tech was on time and very professional. Unfortunately there were several stains that remained after cleaning. Several people recommended zerorez to me and after seeing my carpet, they all were of like mind that zerorez could remove them. I was very pleased with the professionalism and would recommend zerorez to friends and business that do not have stains like my carpet. In defense of the technician, after looking at my carpet, he did say he was concerned about some of the stains not coming out, so I was prewarned, just disappointed.
The carpets are so clean! I have had other services out to take clean my carpets, but they just never seem to get the job done. I will continue to call Zerorez for my carpet cleaning!

Serviceman wore covers on his shoes and was careful doing his work. He was professional and completed the work well and in a timely manner. Carpets look good without residue.

The carpet looks great. When the second technician came back to clean one area near the linoleum that had brown spots, he said it was from where my cats had peed on the carpet. While I respectfully disagree that my cats pee on my carpet, he used a vinegar solution which smelled awful to clean the area and it came clean. I believe it was where the first technician had sprayed too much of the protectant but the carpet now looks very good.
When the carpets were wet they "seemed" clean. After they were dry they were still dirty in several spots. It looks like the cleaning heads just moved the dirt from one spot to another and left noticeable streaks of dirt across the carpets in the two largest rooms. To be honest with you the dirtiest areas were the cleanest. I'm not certain what will correct the problem but a "re-do" mighe help as a good faith gesture. I have photos I can send if you would like to see them.

Very clean carpets, quick drying, fast service. However, the next day there was an ad in the Ft. Worth Star Telegram for 4 rooms for $99. I had just paid $162.00 for 3 rooms and a hallway. The service man was very personable and professional. I had no advance information on how long it would take and what it would cost. The best part is the high
quality of the cleaning of our carpets which look just great.
Although the technician was late, he was talkative and informative about the service. He made short work of the layout of the house and went right to work. He was professional and courteous.
