The "helper" seemed more interested in talking about his ailments rther than working! I had to tell him what to do as technician didn't seem interested in supervising him.
The sales rep who called on us after I placed the initial call did no follow up. He said he would send information regarding a program for new homes and I have not seen any information. I felt I was on my own - there was no need for a sales rep. Also, I provided a credit card for payment and was told I would receive a receipt within 10 minutes of the call but two days later I haven't received it. I will do a follow up call to try and get it this morning.
I'm always happy with the results - my carpets look great. What I appreciate just as much is the communication to confirm appointments, to let let me know if the technician will be early/late, etc. This is SO important to those of us who work. Zerorez values my time and that is truly appreciated.

I requested an appointment after 1pm, therefore made other morning appts. CS called with Techs schedule between 11am and 1pm. Could not make her understand that 11am is not afternoon appointment. So cancelled my other AM appointments, went to work instead. Tech arrived at 10am. I had to take vacation time to meet him. He stated Zerorez does not vacuum, so I did the vacuuming. Luckily the home was void of any furniture, but he stated Zerorez does not move furniture of any kind. There was no raking of the carpet to pull the pile up as stated in commercials. I have a good comparison with another carpet cleaner I used in another home a month ago. Their techs, moved big furniture, thoroughly vacuumed, scubbed on stains, raked and pulled back the pile. Placed the furnitue back on coasters to prevent staining. They will get my future business and recommendations.

The carpet looks brand new after you get through cleaning them. The spots that were cleaned do not re-appear.

when I called and got pricing, nothing was said about stain treatment. I had one stain I found while getting ready for my appointment. I was told it would be and extra $75.00. I opted out, but felt that should be part of carpet cleaning. We usually clean our own carpets and although it is time consuming we both feel the out come is better than what we received for one hour work at $200.00. The technician was very professional and curtess.

Actually works and seems to stay clean longer
It didn't take very long to dry considering it was a cool day. It removed stains completely that I thought it wouldn't clean very well. I liked the clean smell.
I have been thinking of calling in but I just had not had the time. But, the issues I had with my carpet I have a couple of "bad" dirty areas which I addressed with the representative when they were here. They "pretreated" the areas and they did look gone at the time.
Well, it had not even been a month and the areas look bad again, like they were not even cleaned. We were out of town for a week after the carpet had been cleaned so within a months time my issues were very obvious. What can be done if anything?

My carpets look terrific. I truly did not think that you would be able to get out all of the pet stains. To my amazement you did. The technician was very professional and courteous and did an excellent job. I will recommend you to my friends and family.

The fact that you don't use harmful chemicals
didn't quite get all the stain out of one room.
