Quick service
The amount of time it took to complete the job. The gentleman who came to clean the carpets was so polite and nice. He was very focused on his job. The carpets look great and the house smells clean without a perfume smell.

He has gone the extra mile to fix a unfortunate bad cleaning experience done by another individual with your company. Joseph is a definite asset to your company. I really like the soapless clean of the carpet. We were very pleased with how well the carpet was cleaned and the person that did it was very professional but still personable. It was a very good experience and I have already recommended Zerorez to two other families.

Our technician was very good and very helpful when he was training his associate. He explained everything very clearly to me and to him.
The tile grout looks horrible and will have to be redone. Very unsatisfied.

The cleaning power was awesome! All stains and smells were gone.
The initial visit went fairly well except for two things. Neither on the first or second visit did the techs use corner protectors. Hoses were pulled around and against the corners. I think the carpet was cleaned well but the tech said it should be dry in 3 or 4 hours. It took closer to 8 hrs and I was running the A/C and floor positioned fans. After the carpet dried there was spotty dark areas that were very noticeable at night, not so much with daylight. After the second visit which was done quickly and dried very fast it looked much better. I am guessing there was a lot of wicking from a lot of water used on the first visit. The second tech could not have portrayed it any greater that he did not want to be here and wanted out of here as fast as possible.
I paid for fiber protectant that was applied on the first visit and think the second tech removed it.

The technician did an awesome job. Arrived within the time promised. Carpets look great. I have used Zerorez before and wouldn't use anyone else.
it was fast and the carpets look just great--I was told by another cleaner that a couple of my spots would never come out as long as I used burning candles--Gone!!!
Ricky, the tech, was very professional and friendly.
The tech was very nice. However, he did not move some tables to clean behind,did not move furniture back to the original places and put tables on my bed so I could not put them back for hours. Also, I had my kitchen floor cleaned. There was reside left everywhere and dirty grey material - I guess from his brush. Felt like that was not worth the $99.
