How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Was only given 6 hour window(12-6PM) for technician to arrive and give estimate, and they did not arrive in that window NOR contact me until 6:40PM to tell me they were running late, and to expect them within 30 minutes. I then had to reschedule until another day (Friday AM) and they did arrive promptly and were very courteous, but I still have not received the written estimate (over 3 days later) and cannot schedule cleaning until I do

What could we do to improve?

Take off the fuel charge, make it part of your total price if you need to or just be up front about it when you quote a price over the phone. Also, I always have to ask about the gift certificate, it is never available without asking. Those two things just make things look not as honest and forthright as I thought the company would be.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I would have given you a 10 - thanks to Miguel's good work, except for your not really showing up until I made it clear that you had to on the second call to see where you were. Miguel, who came, and was not the man that actually was suppose to come, was fantastic. He actually is a great carpet cleaner, as well as, a great ambassador for your company. Zerorez was to show up between 1:30 and 4:00. I called after 4:00 to be sure that you were still going to come, and my answer was "He is on his way, just stuck in traffic in Lewisville on I35". Miguel showed up somewhere around 6 and apologized for his lateness, but said he just got assigned the job. Since the carpet could not dry in the 4 hours you had told me to allow, we could not take the furniture, night stands, end tables, and chaise off the beds to sleep. After Miguel left (past 8:30), we had to go to a hotel to sleep. This added a great deal of cost to an already lousy situation. (Miguel did offer to try to dry it for me, but I know for a fact, that it wasn't going to dry that quick, and we have seen furniture stain the carpets when put down before the carpets are dry. Zerorez should definitely have called me when you knew the first carpet cleaner was not going to show up within the time frame. This is called Common Courtesy and just Plain Good Business. You should not have told me a lie about the "stuck in traffic" scenario. And, Miguel could not call me to let me know it would be after 6:00 before he would get there because you gave him a bad phone number when you texted him. I am happy with the carpet cleaning job but not the incredibly bad communication and timing.

Very thorough, prompt courteous, helpful, easy to work with, able to thoroughly clean my carpets, took out a set in coffee stain and the carpets dried in half the time of other carpet cleaning I have had.
The technician just did not know about a coupon I was supposed to get and I have not gotten an email or something in the mail about it yet?

Situation: our 3 rooms had not been cleaned in along time and were really in need of a good cleaning. We had mover most of the furniture out of the 3 rooms with only a table, a chair and two sofas remaining... hence, the rugs were very accessable! Also, paid $50 extra for the cleaning of seven cushions. Results were that both rugs and cushions were cleaner but not as clean as expected with several areas in the rugs still showing needs to be cleaner. Results were same with the cushions with the cushion service being very much overpriced!

The pet stains don't come back quickly as they do with other services. The technicians take the time to do the job right. I don't feel like they are rushing through it.

What could we do to improve?

The first servicement who came out did not do a great job. The tile grout was not cleaned in the kitchen, even though the floor was wet, you could tell the grout had not been touched; while i wasn't home, my sister was, and she didn't really check the work; when I arrived home, I checked the tile. When the 2nd crew came out, Tanner and Dave, they did a great job cleaning the tile. The carpeting is only 1 year old, so, there wasn't much of a differnce, except in areas where there were spots So,i would use Zerorez the next time, however, closely monitor the owrk they did.
